服務人員非常親切，飯店乾淨舒適，配有知名品牌的沐浴乳及洗髮乳，地點也十分方便，下次還會回訪！

房間空間非常大，櫃檯接待很親切，剛好有台灣的接待直接告訴我們旅遊資訊。

This hotel gave me an unpleasant experience, just can say very ridiculous, I never see the hotel which is overbooked and excused the system problem. I think a lot of customer let them forced and moved to another hotel one night, next day they arranged to move me back. That’s made me very trouble within 3 days. Even they apologised many times. But I really not recommend this bad hotel and I definitely won’t go back again. It’s not worth as 5 star hotel.

Excellent customer service(especially I would like to praise the Taiwanese staff in front desk), ultra bright surrounding in room but quite noisy at night in the pink building near roadside.

The modern design, lovely courtyard and central location were perfect. Just don’t change or cancel your plans at all once booked as they are inflexible and not only charge your full room fee but charge a penalty fee!!!!

We were woken up every morning early by the sounds of the gym equipment being used, weights being dropped on the floor etc, on the floor directly above our room. Air conditioning was ineffective even though it was only maximum 18C outside. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Only one hanging rack for clothes, no wardrobe.

The property is nice & modern, but the electrical outlets are not user friendly. The coffee maker is hidden inside the cabinet & difficult to use. Also, the bathroom, although very nice, it’s not equipped with grab bars for safety especially for seniors.

Fabulous hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Super clean and great location.

Great reception at check in. The clerk gave a lot of good suggestions on what to visit and more important where to eat good Czechian food :). Great location!!!! I did not put 5 because we feel that the room cleaner could have done better.

Everything was excellent. Would return. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was really nice. lots of healthy options , the fresh sourdough baked in the hotel was so good I bought a loaf to take home . the Room was really nice, it was quiet and private . I was hesitant from the photos that the hotel might not feel warm or may not feel luxury but I was proved wrong, the hotel was built 20 years ago and has really stood the test of time. The top floor Gym and Sauna were great and felt really easy to use ... Staff were really friendly and welcoming and good at their jobs nothing felt like it was too much to ask they were always so accommodating and professional and happy. My only improvement would be to the courtyard garden which could do with a bit of love from a gardener for a day as it felt a little underwhelming of its potential but it was still March so im sure it comes to life in Spring time , it was still really nice though, the hotel feels like a hommage to 1970s Modern design . Id definitely recommend staying here especially if you like style and good taste.
