網路很弱 櫃檯總是沒人 沒有電梯 暖氣不夠強 但地點很好 靠近查理橋及舊城中心

酒店位置太好了，距查理大桥东侧约200米。景点走累了回酒店歇个脚很方便。 闹中取静。从房间的窗口往外望，老建筑带“老虎窗”的屋顶就是一道风景线。 早餐丰盛。

Nearly all staff cannot speak English, they are kind and polite, but not very helpful. Room is clean and big, but quite old. Wifi is good. Location is good as closing to Old Town and Charles Bridge (5min walk). Walking to train station takes 10mins.

Great location, everything is nearby. Check-in/out was smooth and easy. Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent communication skills. Room was decent size, a bit outdated but can’t complain for that price. Theee was no kettle in a room but you can ask girls who work there they were always happy to help. The lady at reception booked us a taxi to the airport which arrived on time. And in general was impressed with staff. Have been to others cities in Czech Republic before and didn’t feel welcomed, but now my opinion has changed.

Loved location, everything is in short walkable distance. Very friendly staff always were happy to help with excellent communication skills. Smooth and quick check-in/out. We asked a lady at reception to book a taxi for us to the airport, taxi arrived on time. We felt welcomed at the hotel. Room was decent size a little bit outdated but can’t complain for the price. Hotel is very conveniently located in the Old Town Area, very easy to get to the King Charles Bridge. I had a nice room - it was a loft room as the picture shows, better for a shorter person than someone taller.

Great location very quiet and very clean lovely staff and super helpful. Would recommend this hotel to everybody and I will be returning at some stage.

El hotel tiene un precio inmejorable y una muy buena ubicación a sólo unos pocos pasos del reloj astronómico. El único detalle que encontré fue que la recepción no está disponible las 24 horas, mi vuelo se retrasó y llegué tarde fuera del horario del check in y tuve que contactar a la persona encargada para obtener mi código de acceso a la habitación ( problema que pude solucionar casi después de 2 horas) debido que no tenía red telefónica al ser de otro país, el wifi en el hotel tiene clave y por ende tampoco podía tener contacto con ellos. Al final se pudo solucionar y muy amables me ayudaron

Didn't realise the room had no aircon, only a pedestal fan, guess I should have ticked the aircon box when I filtered my search. Otherwise, decent sized room, clean and comfy bed. Oh, there's no lift either, FYI.

Las instalaciones y ubicación es excelente, sin embargo la accesibilidad a una recepción no es tan fácil. Fue confuso realizar el check out No hay una recepción en forma como tal

Enkelt og komfortabelt rom, rent og fint. Flott baderom! Stille og rolige omgivelser. Hyggelige flerspråklige ansatte. Bra beliggenhet med flere små kafeer i nærheten. Fornøyde med oppholdet!

I got food poisoning from a nearby restaurant and the staff was very understanding and accommodating.

Posizione centralissima a 3 minuti da piazza Venceslao, non c’è bisogno di prendere i mezzi per girare. Stanze grandi e comode, bagno funzionale. Anche essendo in centro non si sentono rumori, anzi sembra d’essere su un altro pianeta. Ci sono a disposizione due cortiletti ininterni dove passare del tempo. Tutto perfetto, unica pecca le tende che facendo entrare la luce la mattina

The hotel is in a great location. The room and bathroom were big, with some old furniture. Great for this price anyway!
