The wifi is not working, and the reception staff said that he didn't have the knowledge to solve the wifi problems, just reset the router and result is the same. The location and parking is very good !

各方面非常好，还可以免费停车，但是就是wifi有点弱

接近CK內城，走路三分鐘，過一個橋便到了內城，非常方便在一早便漫步遊覽城區。安排是三樓閣樓型房間，空間頗大，但是缺點是沒有電梯。老婆與我兩個人一起抬行李箱，非常吃力。早餐還好，是一般歐式早餐。

It is really really hot during the summer as the room without air conditioning and we can't open the window as different kind of insects will fly in.

它是一家很有味道的老式建築飯店，周邊風景非常漂亮，位於河邊，距離停車場較遠，老城小塊的石頭鋪成的路面對行李箱很傷，請飯店安排接送約2-4歐元，飯店規模不大，我們22人住入其中有部分的人很喜歡這裡，離商店不遠，是休閒度假的好去處。

Nice view which you can see the church out from window although the church clock is annoying at morning. Lovely decorations but lack of equipments. Hot water need to pass bridge to go to reception and wait boiling. Reception lady is very beautiful by the way. I think overall is fine considering it's a place far away from city.

酒店很有小鎮風格，入口後有桌子，拿著熱茶熱巧克力可以坐半天享受日光，出門外有公園及對著教堂，風境很美。與CK小鎮廣場一橋之隔，地點比鎮中心較寧靜及舒適。如住二樓要拿行李上樓梯，合適行動良好的旅客

在老城边上，走过去10分钟，出行方便。酒店干净卫生，但无电梯，要爬楼梯。

Poor services: dirty towel, no hot water, sauna without enough temperature, doesn't provide pick up service, awful breakfast with very bad attitude service lady who yells at hotel guests. If you just want to find a room without service, this might be a good choice.

Quite nice hotel with good location. Close to two famous restaurant in this town.

Very poor experience. We made our reservation two months in advance and it was already paid, but upon arrival, it was not in the hotel’s system. After waiting over 20 minutes while they tried to locate it, they finally gave us a room key — but it turned out to be an occupied room. When we returned to the front desk, they offered us another room, but it was much smaller than the one we had booked, and they said it was the only one available. We had to change hotels that same night and lost our paid reservation. Fortunately, Hotels.com handled the situation professionally and issued a full refund, but the hotel’s poor organization and lack of accountability made the experience very stressful. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was not clean . Staff rude and impatient . And no elevator or bell boy to help to top floor

Goed gelegen hotel, maar alles is een beetje versleten tot versleten. Er is geen lift, en bagage opslag is de zithoek van de lobby. Deftige kamer met frigo, behalve dat je die niet in het stopcontact kon steken. Badkamer met douche in het bad.

Good environment

모든객실의 에어컨이 안됨. 일부러 에어컨있는 호텔을 선택했지만. 일부러 꺼놓은것같은 생각이듬

The location is great. Parking is right on premise. Good breakfast. The only issue we had that I asked for a double bed and our room had 2 singe beds. I asked front desk person to change the room and the answer was “Things happen, this is how it will be”. He did not give us a different room. I can’t recommend this hotel because of this receptionist.

朝食込、夕食はチェックイン時に追加できチェックアウト時に支払った。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれバスターミナルまでのタクシーも呼んでくれた。周辺施設への行き方を尋ねると丁寧に教えてくれスタッフの対応が良かった。大きい額の紙幣を両替したかったがそれはできなかった。古いかわいらしい外観で部屋から聖ヴィート教会が見え雰囲気は良かったが夜中もずっと15分おきに教会の鐘が鳴るので寝る時に気になったのと小さい窓だがカーテンはなかった。部屋のテーブルにベタベタしたコップの跡があり清掃状態が甘かった。

We're a group of 4 people, stayed here for one night. Very nice hotel, clean, excellent location and breakfast and dining options. Recommend it!
