酒店房间够大，装修上档次，不错

酒店位置不错，临伏尔塔瓦河，早上沿着河边跑跑步很舒服。离老城广场很近，大概6、700米，去老城广场经过的路段两侧全是一线大品牌。

房間大小跟早餐都很棒,唯一不好的是淋浴的設計,隔板一點都不防水,所以每次洗完浴室都一片濕

There is a renovation in this hotel at the moment. I stayed in 3 nights (25-28 Oct) and the shower water was cold. Can you imagine such this situation in a 9-10 degrees celsius Prague? I have requested to change the room but the front staff said all the rooms were the same in fact. So, don't book this hotel until you make sure all the facilities are in good condition.

Good location, good service

The staff's provide great service and everyday I will see their beautiful smile . I love the view of the room facing the beautiful sunset . Comfortable big room .

Unfortunately the steam room wasn’t working and the spa receptionist was hard to find on the weekend. The rest of the staff was very attentive and friendly. Good selection of cold and hot breakfast items of very good quality.

I chose this hotel for the location and the Spa / Pool and I was very happy with it in both of these areas. The staff were very attentive, the hotel was very clean and felt very luxurious, The surrounding area was very pretty and the views from the room were good. The only complaint I would have is that I didn’t sleep well, I’ve never understood the European thing of having two single duvets on a double bed, it’s really annoying. Also the curtains didn’t cover her the entire window and so I was woken up as soon as the sun came up. A poor nights sleep would be my only complaint about this hotel

I very much enjoyed my stay with my girlfriend. Great service

Our room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous river view and window seat. We loved the breakfast and the bar. The location was great. Shower water pressure excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. An unexpected bonus: thermostats in the room that could be turned up, down, or off. We left ours off the entire stay (in February) because we like a cool room. We've had bad past experiences with rooms very hot and no control over them. Thank you for that!!!!! It made us very happy.

Excellent staff , service was impeccable

The room was huge, gorgeous and spotless. Beds comfy. Shower hot and powerful. The views over the city were lovely and enjoyed with a good coffee sat in the window seat. We loved every minute . The spa was fantastic - so relaxing. Staff were great and the hotel was very accommodating to special requests. The reception is staffed 24/7. We felt very safe and welcome. Piano music was playing when we first arrived which was just lovely.

The hotel staff was very courteous and polite. The property was amazing and spotless. My only complaint is that the television in the room did not have English speaking channels or subtitles

Here’s an updated version that clearly includes the safety issue while keeping a firm, factual tone: > Disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathrooms are in need of renovation. The front desk staff was unfriendly, street noise was clearly audible inside the room, and the carpet was dirty. Breakfast was identical for all five days, which is unacceptable for this category. More concerning was a safety issue: my husband got cut in the pool, and there was no first aid kit available in the pool area. When we informed the front desk, they showed no concern and did not take any action to address the situation or ensure the safety of other guests.
