The hotel was located in a great area with easy access to everything. The hotel was beautiful and our view of the river and the castle were outstanding. But the real star of the show was the staff and the hotel Manager/President- Petra. Petra went out of her way to ensure our stay was above and beyond. She worked through an issue for us without hesitation. And the front desk staff was the best I have seen--always helpful and friendly. I would recommend you stay at this hotel for the location and the views but truly you should go for the exemplary staff and manager!

酒店位置不错，临伏尔塔瓦河，早上沿着河边跑跑步很舒服。离老城广场很近，大概6、700米，去老城广场经过的路段两侧全是一线大品牌。

There is a renovation in this hotel at the moment. I stayed in 3 nights (25-28 Oct) and the shower water was cold. Can you imagine such this situation in a 9-10 degrees celsius Prague? I have requested to change the room but the front staff said all the rooms were the same in fact. So, don't book this hotel until you make sure all the facilities are in good condition.

The room was lovely, bright and good air con. The issues we had was the window wouldn't open, top of the bed was dusty, shower head worked on one setting only. The door handle separating from the main hall fell off too.
The spa had good facilities, would recommend the massage options, however the spa staff wedged open the main changing room doors this allowed people to enter with outside clothing to the pool area, many arrived with glass bottles too.
Staff in the main hotel are very nice,. friendly and recommend places in the city to eat and see.

התחזוקה דורשת שיפור - מרצפת מתנדנדת באמבטיה, וילונות עם חורים קטנים, מנורות התקרה לא מחוברות בשלמות.
השהות נהדרת, אבל כן הייתי מצפה ממלון ברמה כזאת גם לשלמות בדברים הקטנים

Excellent location, on river and outside crowded tourist areas. Hotel well maintained, room was comfortable. Little interaction with staff, although what there was was satisfactory.The breakfast buffet was close to, if not the best I have ever seen. Swimming/sauna area downstairs also excellent. Only drawbacks -- TV programmes did not cover "standard" Western fare such as BBC, CNN, Bloomberg, etc. and more particularly, the World Cup. The latter a big failing for my stay. Also, the elevator operation needs fixing, it is seriously slow and unpredictable. But I would go back, nonetheless.

Great hotel, nice room and fantastic staff.
We chose Deluxe double room (Terrace - Castle view), but the terrace was really bad. Big, but more of an concrete area. It's hard to understand that a hotel of this rank doesn't make the most of the nice opportunity to have a terrace.
