Staff at the hotel are excellent! I booked a 1-week stay here because my Airbnb was cancelled at the last minute. They serve a modest complimentary breakfast every morning in their restaurant that is located inside the hotel. They provide currency exchange at the front desk. Housecleaning is performed everyday by women who do an excellent job. The exercise room is nothing like advertised. It consists of 2 old treadmills inside of what looks to be an abandoned storage room. They said that self serve laundry was free but the machines were broken and offered to do my laundry. I was under the impression this was a courtesy because their equipment did not work. I was charged. The shower door did not close so the floor got wet everytime and the television only has 1 channel that is low quality. Overall, it is a decent place to stay but does have problems.

Hotel was small but clean. We only stayed for 15 hours but the service was good and the restaurant had great food.

Staff were excellent! So helpful. The airport shuttle was great. Clean with comfortable beds. AC worked but was noisy. Bar fridge didn’t work well and was noisy. Wall paper was peeling and water damaged. Gym was in disrepair and unusable.

Excellent. Just needs to find a way to serve food & beverage past 23:00 PM

Older hotel/motel that caters mostly to Chinese nationals, as most of the public and in-room signage was in Chinese, even the tv and remote control. Also noticed that the lamp shades were stained when we turned on the lights. We tried to use the elevator from the fourth floor, but there was a minor power-outage, which caused us to get stuck inside, so we opted to use the stairs the rest of our stay. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor was very good and served particularly large portions, which was great. The only major complaint was at checkout when we had requested an airport transfer the night before and the morning desk staff seemed confused and asked us if we got our times wrong? Luckily, we left ample time for arrival, but we did have to wait fifteen minutes for a driver to arrive. Proximity to the airport is convenient, especially if your airport transfer is late.

Rooms are poorly furnished. Very cheap looking.

It’s a good place to crush. They’ve got casino inside of it. I like their style tho.

AC did not work everything feel dirty. Bathroom with mold.

Rooms were very good and clean. It was also well located for my needs and 15min from the airport. It was generally good value.

Well priced hotel . Has its own little casino and a Chinese restaurant but no separate bar area. Staff were pleasant and food good and well priced .

Hotel is central to most places

I've really enjoyed my stay at the Dmall Hotel as the hotel was amazing. Cleanliness is a priority and the room also spacious at Dmall Hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast too and hope to be back again.

Service was very good and care was demonstrated willingly.

Very nice hotel. Great room, great breakfast. My only complaint would be traffic noise.
