The overall ambience at the hotel was easy going and peaceful.Breakfast was varied and interesting. My room was spotless and the cleaners made some adorable shapes out of my towels when they changed them Only minor gripe was there was insufficient areas down in reception to either sit down and chat or do some work- unless you went to the onsite coffee shop.

We had a work meeting and staff very kind and helpful. They agreed to reimburse us one night so that we could do an unplanned 2-day safari. Good was excellent and room well appointed.

Respectable business hotel with large terrace bar. Very noisy the night we stayed, we asked to be moved to a room on the other side of the hotel and it was much quieter.

Would have liked to know guests had access to the marriot spa. Did not know that until my last day.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Four Points. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I was traveling without my baby and they went out of their way to accommodate me storing milk for my child. I greatly appreciate everyone at Four Points

nice hotel will stay if going again

The hotel was great, but the staff was AMAZING! Everywhere we went in the hotel, the staff was kind, helpful and so very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Stayed there for two nights and the staff was amazing! Helpful in finding me restaurants and a private car. I left for a few nights and needed a place to take a shower before our long flight to America and they allowed me to come back over and shower. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. Price was great too!

Comfortable

The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent.

Centrally located hotel with the most fabulous team of staff - nothing was too much trouble. Great food at the Coco Fizz pool bar and a really great city tour organised for us by Queen. We would have no hesitation in returning when and if we come back to Kigali
