In a nutshell, this apartment hotel listing needs to be revamped. A number of amenities listed are false/misleading, such as there is no private spa tub, no bar/restaurant, etc. Also, the bathroom lights kept turning off and there was water leakage in the bathroom and kitchen (among other issues). While overall the property is clean and staff promptly attend to needs, I was told certain incorrect things and unnecessarily paid extra and the property avoided refunding me where justified. Please reconsider how you deal with guests and do not make false/misleading claims and avoid responsibility where warranted. Kigali/Rwanda is a great place, so represent your home well and allow guests to enjoy their stay worry free. There is opportunity for improvement and reflection, so please take this constructive criticism in stride. (By the way, it should be noted, the scenery/view around the property is breathtaking and neighbourhood is safe/clean).

Expedia information was not accurate. Description stated free airport shuttle, & driver and staff were unaware of this. They did provide free shuttle and was excellent service, but did not know it was listed as included. A “free manager’s evening reception” was listed, but staff had no idea about that. Checkout time was listed as 12:00, but staff arrived at 10:00 stating that checkout was 10:00. Kitchen had no dishes or cutlery available. Staff were lovely and tried to help as best they could. Breakfast was fantastic!

We booked at Green View Apartments near Kigali Heights, but the owner informed us (via WhatsApp, while we were already at the airport) that no rooms were available at the hotel, despite our reservation being confirmed on Expedia and via WhatsApp earlier in the week. We were placed instead at Nyumbani Cottages, with the promise that we would be moved to Green View the following day. That never happened. For three nights the owner gave us confusing and inconsistent explanations, repeatedly wasting our time by agreeing to transfer us and then backing out. Nyumbani Cottages itself was fine. The breakfast was good, though the room was not very clean or comfortable. It is several kilometers away from Green View Apartments, which was very inconvenient. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience. Based on our stay and other reviews, it seems Green View Apartments often places guests in hotels they did not actually book.

Nadia was very personable and understanding. Others on the staff were very friendly and engagingly interested in your needs, even with the language barriers. I truly enjoyed the breakfast and all services. Kudos to the crew👍👍‼️🙏

Good place to stay but not the location I had booked. The airport pick up took me to a location far from the address I had booked. Since I arrived at 3:00 am I really wasn't in a state of mind to check. Use caution. The Genocide Memorial ended up being a 2 1/2 hour walk instead of an hour. Other than that it was a good hotel with good people.

The property is designed like a family's home, no chairs and table in the room for a business or online meeting, you have to come and site on the dinning table in the living room where all attendees of the building are using. Very uncomfortable for a business trip, specialy when you have zoom meeting to attend.

Had to stay up late past 10:30PM chasing the owner to please allow his employee to let me work and sleep. Demanded we pay cash outside our already settled Expedia payment, claiming it takes days to access that money - basically advertise on Expedia but demand clients pay cash then process a refund of the Expedia payment mid-process, all the while planting enough fog and fear in the employees about whether the electronic payment from Expedia would come through at all. This was the worst check-in experience of my entire travelling life of over 20 years! Visited many countries on Expedia-booked flights and hotels and never once had a problem until this incident. Certainly no repeat visits to this property. Shame, because hotel proper is fine for the money.

My stay was ok, the only problem was that when it rains the water from the shower is extremely cold. However the personal service served me hot water in a basin. Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The sorrounding is great, the workers are friendly, the hotel Management helps even when you fail to get the direction back to the hotel after your trips

The property is split among multiple buildings, but it is safe, clean, and well-maintained. A healthy breakfast was provided. It was a perfect place to stay for meeting colleagues at the Kigali Convention Center and nearby restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Location was convenient, room was nice, clean, and large. Staff was helpful. This seems like it's a newer hotel, so they need to work out some logistics. For example, front desk staff was surprised when I arrived. In addition, I reached out in advance to see if the complimentary airport shuttle included trips to the airport. There was no response. The staff member who checked me in didn't know the rules, when the car was there, I was informed I would have to pay for the shuttle because I only stayed one night. So, should clear up policies and/or be more responsive to emails.

Très bon accueil. Propriétaire toujours à l'écoute et près à aider. Appartement agréable, bonne literie, ustensiles et micro onde pour la cuisine. Bref, c'était parfait

I had an overall great experience at Green View Hotel. The manager made sure my airport pickup was seamless by sending a taxi driver with a printout of my name. Upon arriving, the check in process was smooth. The room had a great view and the staff were extremely helpful and responsive to my requests. Will be returning one day.
