Had a great two night stay here while exploring the city and surrounding area. I arrived very early as came up on the sleeper train. Dropped my bag off and went off wandering. After a couple of hours I didn’t feel great so on the slim off chance headed back to the hotel, explained that I wasn’t feeling 100% and if there was any chance I could get into a room. This was no problem at all and they quickly found me a room that was available to be used. Was extremely grateful for this and told the lady who served me this again when she came and fixed my TV the following day! Staff made me feel welcome and were always helpful. The breakfast was good as was the one evening meal I had there (although they had ran out of chips that night). Only minor issue was having no power supplies near the bed in the room but that’s very minor. Overall, an enjoyable stay and would stay again. Thank you

Koselig betjening, veldig sentral beliggenhet for oss. Frokosten var så som så, lite utvalg, men ok. Alt i alt innafor med tanke på hva vi betalte for 4 overnattinger,

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel Ibis Quayside. L'établissement est idéalement situé, proche de tout, très propre et particulièrement calme, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Le premier jour, j'ai rencontré un problème avec la clé de ma valise .La réception m'a immédiatement envoyé Kris, qui m'a énormément aidé et a fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse. Le deuxième jour, j'ai perdu ma carte bancaire et Maxime a été d'une aide précieuse en cherchant des solutions avec beaucoup de patience et de professionnalisme. Je n'ai que des bonnes choses à dire sur cet hôtel et sur l'équipe.
