From checking in to checking out everything was just perfection 👌The staff were all amazing and looed after us the whole stay .A special thank you to every one of them .I would highly recommend the Aberdeen Malmaison hotel to anyone who wants to visit Aberdeen .

Lovely staff, very friendly. Room was far too hot and air con only blew out hot hair despite being on the cold setting. We were on the lower ground floor so we couldn’t open our windows properly without having the curtains open which meant people walking down the side street could see directly in to our room. One of the windows was locked too. Bar closed early and would only serve bottled wine or beer.

Spacious clean room! Staff took a while to acknowledge me at check in it was around 10 minutes when two members of staff there and both helping one customer whilst I stood there with no explanation

Fast Internet. Delicious breakfast with an excellent choice. Restaurant and bar staff were very helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant and an extremely relaxing night in the hotel. Beautiful big bath tub and comfortable bed. Parking was difficult- only a few spaces at the hotel and the street was very busy

Clean spacious room, room was ground floor so looked out on to an alley so had to keep curtains closed. Nice breakfast and plenty of parking round the back. Would stay again

Good good and service

Fantastic accommodation; spacious but cosy and comfortable ; weather didn’t allow for lounging on the substantial terrace friendly and diligent staff who clearly want you to enjoy your stay Food was as excellent as the service was faultless ; quality dishes with understated imagination Didn’t get a chance to use the spa or gym so can’t vouch for those Wish we’d booked a 3rd night’s stay

Amazing friendly staff and loved the decor of the hotel and room.

Have now stayed at Malmaison in Aberdeen a few times now and have been delighted with the hotel, staff and location. The rooms are very spacious and have a real boutique style feeling. The bar and restaurant on site are fantastic and a great place to relax as part of your stay. You can easily walk from the hotel into the centre of Aberdeen. It is on a bus route and there are plenty of options for taxis.

This is a really great hotel, and in keeping with high standards of the malmaison chain (apart from the Dundee one which is best avoided!). Lovely west end converted granite buildings, extension developments at the back, rooms are big modern and spacious, bathrooms and beautiful and have lovely amenities and toiletries, I was wary about having breakfast after suffering a bad experience at the Dundee hotel. Aberdeen excelled with high quality fresh breakfast provisions, and a menu to choose cooked options, all made fresh ala minute, and served by the chef to your table. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the rooms are airless and lack good ventilation and this left me feeling a bit chesty and short of breath through the night and morning,

We upgraded the room on arrival lovely large room with all necessary amenities.

Clean room, great bed and huge bathroom. Amanda B on front desk was exceptional upon arrival also.

I’ve stayed here many times and generally enjoy it, however I’m now seeing cracks in the quality against the price. I had room service for the first time which had an automatic 12.5% gratuity which I know is normal these days but also a £4 tray charge. Tray charge for one meal is just outrageous.

I didn’t have the breakfast. The room was clean and loved the bath. The staff were very helpful.
