Very comfortable

Reasonable distance of 15-20 minute walk to rail station. Check in check out process is convenient with detailed explanation. Heating is great in the room. Just one thing, my room is on the second floor with a narrow stair. Carrying my big luggage up there is extremely hard.

I have to carry our luggage and walk upto third floor by stair. It is hard to carry heavy luggage, only handbag is suitable

It is a little far to the train station and Old town. The room cost a lot of money but the TV is very small and has some problem. It is hard to be turned on and the channel Is hard to be changed. The heater sometimes works but somethings doesn't. There isn't any lift, either. If you're a female and stay in the room of third floor, it would be a problem to carry your luggage upstairs.

房間比想像中細小，只足夠一人走動，打開行李箱有點麻煩。 共用的浴室及廁所是分開的，但乾淨清潔，只是洗手盤設置在房間裏，有點奇怪。 供應早餐的地方十分漂亮，酒店職員亦十分有禮貌。 不過地理位置距離車站比較遠，大概需10分鐘路程。

Very good location, easy to find and near the bus station their staffs are very nice

nice position, very close to the stop of TRAM; inadequate water pressure at the second floor.

Cozy room, good location, good breakfast and very helpful staff. But the WiFi was not working well.

隔音太差太差

It is worst guest house we’ve every stayed in. It definitely wasn't worth the money even with breakfast and free wireless Internet included. 1. Room too tiny and dirty. NO lift and very steep stairs…have to carry our luggage. Door of bathroom is out of order. NO working central heating. 2. The owner is not friendly and very bad attitude. When we ask other available rooms because two girls is difficult to carry our luggage and not show “no lift” in website. He is rude and say you only paid cheap money and why young girls can’t carry your luggage to 4th floor. You can’t ask for lift because it is old building… he gave us a bad scold and said if you should be change if decide not staying here. We consider it and have no choices to carry our luggage to 4th floor. 3. We pay more money to upgrade and change room to 2nd floor in 2nd day. Totally we stay 3 days. Just back to take our luggage and check out. The owner was rude again and said you only stay 3 days and leave you luggage is very worth for this price. But you care for no lift and challenge we don’t show it in website. How I am nice to let you leave your luggage…I have to say it not very bad even though no luggage keeping and no list. But very bad attitude and scolds too much. That kind of service is not worth to stay in and not worth to pay at any price. It is worst accommodation we’ve every stayed in.

Good location and good quality

旅馆看上去很温馨，房间比较大，早餐不错。

Zero service, zero staff, zero breakfast. 65 round stairs to the top floor. Closet bathroom and closet shower for all 3 rooms on the floor to share. Was clean and close to everything.

The location is great and the room was clean. I'm not sure what amenities there are; coffee and tea in the room maybe? There really is no staff. If you have a problem you can reach someone via the phone in the lobby but that only works on the time. This is a digital check in and operation.

Our room was on the forth floor and there is no elevator. So we had to carry our luggage up all of those small twisty carpeted steps. Not fun and not possible for my elderly mother. They also had our room clean early but wouldn’t let us in it early to leave our luggage. No very helpful. Also our bathroom was the size of a closet with a very small phone booth for a shower. Not great but clean for a short stay.
