這次入住的是三樓的房間，拿行李走狹小的樓梯有點辛苦，房間的高度也有點矮，感覺很像住在閣樓。 房間裡的窗戶雖然不夠大，不過看出去就是海邊還是很美。

地理位置非常好 在Portree的中心位置 有超市，有Bar，也有餐厅。酒店的餐厅味道非常非常好，基本上两天把所有菜都尝试了，很美味！屋子能看到一排彩色小房子，景色不错，住的舒服。

Great hotel. Rooms are spacious and the restaurant had great food. The breakfast included was wonderful.

No private parking or drop off spot. Must use public metered parking which is limited in time. Outstanding bar and restaurant. Make reservations for dinner. Grocery store in next block. Small rooms.

No parking on site. Rooms are old but seems renovated recently. Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear noise from restaurant and bar downstairs till 11:30pm when they close it. Good for couple of days. Location of the hotel is good. Staff is very courteous and nice.

The rooms were not very clean. Horrible view of parking garage and noisy.

The room and common areas were very nice here and felt clean. We loved our room and the bed. Great bathroom and shower. The hotel does have a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner but we felt it was expensive. There’s obviously lots of cafes and trinket shops around in Portree. I will warn that there are only stairs here so big bags could be difficult or accessibility concerns. Parking is right in front if you are able to get a spot.

The staff was BEYOND friendly and helpful. If I am ever back, I am immediately booking here.

Great room, comfortable beds and food was too notch!

Lovely place. Great to return to after a day exploring the Isle. The staff was brilliant. Food excellent, great bar to unwind after long day. Room was comfortable with nice bed and great shower after long days.

Lovely rooms and staff are happy to help

We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent, rooms clean and comfortable. We did however have two issues. We were very cold, both in the room and in the restaurant area. The heating was not anywhere near adequate for the hotel in all areas. We visited in late December, where temperatures outside were near freezing. We did ask for an extra heater for our room which we got straight away and definitely made a difference. However sitting in the restaurant morning and evening was very unpleasant and way too cold. Also, the quality of food was excellent but the way breakfast was served was not enjoyable. They served a small amount of fruit, yogurt and croissants on the table, there was no choice, you have what they give you, then you choose hot breakfast from menu, which was good quality. There should be an area in the restaurant to choose what you want to start breakfast with. We didn’t enjoy the way breakfast was served.

Room was spacious and clean, had a comfortable stay.

Vieillot, joint de la douche moisi. Lampe chevet côté droit ne fonctionnait pas. Moquette sur une marche qui s’arrachait. Bref un coût de propre serait nécessaire

La habitación muy limpia y amplia. Personal amable y muy agradable restaurante.

Clean room with great tea, and coffee facilities, beautiful views over the harbour, very helpful friendly staff.
