One of the best hotels I've stayed at. From staff , cleanliness, to food.

Turned up and greeted by a lovely member of staff who went through everything with me and as I was early and room was ready allowed me to check in.
I had in issue with the room door and informed reception who made sure everything was sorted by the time I came back. I’d also not got a phone charger but had a wire but this didn’t work with my phone (believe it was a wire issue not a usb socket issue), so went to reception and they lent me a charger so I had enough battery for the train journey home the following day.
Room was clean and had everything I needed for a great stay including a really comfy bed. I don’t normally sleep well when away from home but this was best I’d slept in a hotel for some time.

The room was calm, it was clean and very comfortable.
It had plenty of room and storage for the three of us.
The staff were very helpful and gave recommendations and helped with any questions about the local area.
The breakfast was lovely and the sitting room was very comfortable to sit and have a drink in.

Very nice hotel in a nice area - it’s a bit outside the center of the city, but we walked the two ish kilometers to the city center multiple times without issues. The staff at the hotel was extremely kind and made the stay feel like you were at home. The breakfast buffet was also very nice.
It’s all around a great place to stay, and the rate for the room was good.

We had a ground floor room that was very noisy as next to path. This also meant no privacy as both windows were right on path. Traffic noise also very loud. Definitely need some double glazing and upgrades of wooden frames. Expect more from hotel charging this amount.
