Small, quaint and clean room over a bar in a nice suburban area. On bus routes and 15 minutes from downtown. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Hotel was vey nice, however with only 4 rooms to look after we were surprised and disappointed that the rooms were not serviced daily. We had to remind the staff that they had missed our room ( which was supposed to be serviced on day two of our stay ) We had to chase up fresh towels and take our rubbish out to the bin on the street. Also as residents were were also disappointed that the staff in the bar and restaurant didn’t acknowledge us, in fact on the final night we were seated in probably the worst table in the restaurant even though several better tables were free. There were a couple of issues with the room, the main light had a bulb out and the lights around the mirror did not work. Overall a good stay but could have been better

The staff was so wonderful and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The room was lovely and spotless and I would definitely stay here again.

Soggiorno piacevole, la zona è tranquilla e ben collegata per raggiungere il centro e vicina all’aeroporto. Il personale durante il check in e’ stato simpatico e gentile, purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo di mangiare al pub di sotto ma consiglio di provarlo perché risultava accogliente e con un buon menù. La stanza era moderna e carina. Le uniche pecche riscontrate sono la dimensione piccola e la mancanza di un vero armadio (i piani di appoggio presenti e l’appenderia erano pochi per due persone). In ogni caso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e lo consiglio per visitare Edimburgo.

Very clean. Helpful staff for check in, towel warmer didn't work though. Excellent location, right beside a bus stop to town.

Excellent access to the city by pass. Nice, though, small room. Good restaurant/bar downstairs

The room was tiny but quiet enough for good rest.

This place is gorgeous! with a beautiful view of the Highlands from the window. Clean, best bed, best bathroom with rain shower. Long list of good stuff.

Fantastic lovely rooms and lovely people , so helpful and great breakfast, we’ll be back next year for the Six Nations 27

The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was amazing. Very comfortable and presented. Lots of nice touches.

Fui a finales de octubre. Todo muy bien. El hotel está conectado al centro de la ciudad por varios buses, no está lejos. Muy buena ubicación. Limpieza bien, baño bien, atención bien. Cama cómoda, limpia. Me volvería a quedar en ese hotel. Hay tiendas cerca del hotel para poder comprar comida.

Rent værelse, pænt badeværelse. Værelset lå ud til befærdet vej med flere spisesteder og pubber, men der var ingen larm selvom vi overnattede fredag til lørdag.

There are a lot of steps to room. Maybe go for a room at back.. we got less than 2 hours sleep in room at front, not ideal when we’ve got a 5 hour journey ahead. Parking is at Toby inn, ok. Room was clean and well stocked. No where to hang clothes except back of door. Sorry wouldn’t stay again, bI cause of noise from road (not double glazed) and the green exit light above door. Too light.

Room isn’t big but clean and comfortable. Close to the airport, zoo, and good restaurants

Emma was our host to check in, and our waitress in the restaurant. A lovely young woman, very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and decent size. Hotel right on main road from Airport to Downtown making it very convenient to access and then go a bus into town. Restaurant for was decent and a good value. Met the owner when we checked out, and kind man with travel tips for our next destination. We'd certainly stay again if coming back to Edinburgh.

Rooms were great. Staff were great. Pub/restaurant downstairs was great. Food was tasty. Only issue is that the room was quite warm. It was a battle between a hot room (can’t sleep) and road noise with the window open (can’t sleep).
