room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.

Es accesible a los lugares de interés y el hotel es aceptable

Comfy beds, nice shower. Friendly staff. No complaints!

You get what you pay for. Simple and cheap, near the train station. Lots of bars (and drunk people) around

Lovely hotel, the staff were all super friendly. The bar and bowling area was a bonus to go and chill. Only downside for me was having no kettle in the room for coffee. I had to walk over to central station to get one as I was awake before breakfast was open at the hotel to get one.

This is the second time I am staying in this hotel. It’s a very nice and clean hotel that is just a walking distance from the Glasgow central train station. Easy access to anywhere in Glasgow central with nice restaurants around. Incase you like shopping, quite a number of shops around including st Enoch shopping mall and John Lewis.

It's a beautiful, modern hotel in a perfect location in Glasgow City Centre. Gorgeous, airy rooms with good views and lots of space and natural light

Nice and luxurious room for a reasonable price. The bar in the top floor was really nice , nice staff, nice view. All good stuff!

Hotel location was great, room was comfortable, breakfast buffet was good with grwat variety, room and view was beautiful. Only thing i did not like was the glasses in my room had faded, visible lip marks. They were not cleaned very well. Otherwise, the hotel was great and I would stay again.

Lovely hotel , nice modern rooms . Adjustable smart beds are a nice touch. Bowling Lane and Bar on top floor 7 . And food is served there also. Only issue I found was a male cleaner just opened our room door at 8 mins to check out , I was not impressed. Told him we weren't ready yet ( albeit few minutes) and he stated it's 11am !! I corrected him and said no ! It's 10.52am !! We were 2 females staying and we could have been in a state of undress ! No way the cleaner should have just walked into the room like that , my sister got a fright! Never have I experienced a member of staff ( certainly not the cleaner) to just walk into a hotel room with paying guests . I have mobility issues and I take my time to get ready and out by check out time ! Never should have happened so please instruct housekeeping on such matters please . Overall I did enjoy my stay .

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The only negative was that it was noisy. Could hear the tv and noise from the next room. Also I'd advise avoiding the 6th floor as the noise from the restaurant/bar on the floor above, especially early morning when they are serving breakfast, footsteps and moving furniture starting at 8am woke me up. I could also hear the roadworks outside the hotel but I guess that's not the hotels fault.

Very great stay and absolutely lovely staff that were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. The location could not be any better.
