着いたときからあったサイドテーブルのコーヒーのシミ(？)は拭いてもらえませんでしたが、連泊では清掃が入らないはずなのに毎日タオルもリネンも整えられていました。シャワーブースも広さが十分にあり、バスマットがびしょびしょにならずに済んでよかったです。
早朝便利用だったので空港までのタクシー手配をお願いしたときも、決済種別によって事前にドライバーにリクエストしておく必要があることを説明してくれて助かりました。

The hotel is located in a very central location. The staff is incredibly friendly always ready to help, show directions, calling a taxi etc. The original room which I was given was quite small but they gave me a larger one and that was good. The shopping mall is within 1 minute of walking distance. It is clean, the breakfast is great and plentiful. The only possible issue (which wasn’t a problem for me) is that the taxis must stop 100 yards away and the person has to walk. But the hotel staff is ready to help if someone has a problem with pulling the luggage. I highly recommend this hotel.

Öncelikle otelin konumu müthiş meşhur caddelerine 100 metre her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Çalışanların tutumu yaklaşımı ve çözüm odaklı olmaları çok güzel. Ancak bizim için başta bilseydik tercih etmeyeceğimiz iki konu vardı. Birincisi kahvaltı yapılan restorant -2. katta ve asansör yok 9 aylık bebeğimiz olduğu için bebek arabasını hiç kullanamadık kucağımızda indik ve çıktık. Çözüm olarakta bebek uyanıkken kucak eğer uyuyorsa kahvaltınızı odanıza alabilirsiniz dediler. Bir diğeri de rezervasyonu özellikle Queen bed yapmamıza rağmen bize twin bed verildi. İtiraz ettiğimizde de ilk gün otelde oda kalmadığı için bir çözüm bulamadılar 2. gün bizi 1. kata aldılar ancak bu seferde oda daha küçüktü. Bunları yazıyorum çünkü bebekli bir aile iseniz bu konular önemli yoksa yukarda da bahsettiğim gibi yer konum kahvaltı çeşitliği çalışanların tutumu yaklaşımı çok iyi

Chambre très confortable pour deux nuitées, idéalement situé dans la zone piétonne au centre de Belgrade. Le personnel est très gentil et professionnel, la chambre spacieuse et moderne, le wifi fonctionnait un peu plus lentement où nous étions situé. Le petit-déjeuner est très généreux, c’est un bon buffet avec de goûts et des goûts européens de l’est.
