Ini ke-2 kalinya saya stay di sini karena sudah tau nyamannya. Dekat dengan MRT Chinatown. Dekat dengan tempat/spot-spot cakep. Dekat Chinatown Market juga. Shower-nya ada air hangat dan kencang shower-nya. Ada bidet-nya. Kebersihan dan service oke semua.

Female- Dorms style. But the bathrooms will be shared with male as well

Dekat stasiun MRT Chinatown, tempat makan banyak, dekat Seven Eleven juga. Dan banyak toko oleh-oleh juga. Tempat tidurnya cukup luas dan nyaman. Kamar mandi dan toilet jadi satu, enggak perlu pindah WC, tentunya ada bidet semprotannya. Kalau weekend sedikit berisik dengar orang nyanyi-nyanyi, enggak tau dari mana, tapi tidak masalah tidak mengganggu.

Last stay was my second stay with them because my first stay in 2019 went well. But, I got disappointed with a few things during my 2 night stay there recently. Upon check in (the reception guy handled check in smoothly and helped bring my suitcase to my capsule on 3rd floor so thank you!), I've got a situation where the electric socket in my capsule did not work. I bring my own adapter and it still not working (I tested it on another available electric socket for sure). I then called the reception guy who was on duty that night. I patiently waited for him handled other guest check in and then I asked his help to repair the electric socket in my capsule. He did not show up to help me (although the good thing was the guest he was handled for the check in lent me her power bank so I could charge my phone and we're friends). The next day, I reminded the reception to help check and repair my electric socket. But, when I got back at night, there 's nothing that they did to help check and repair my electric socket. It still did not working. Another issue was during check out, I asked the reception to get someone help bring down my suitcase (and of course don't worry about the tip), a few hours later, my suitcase still upstairs and they broke their commitment again to me as their guest to lend a help on this suitcase matter. That was very disappointing stay for me, compared to the first one 5 years ago. I don't think I wanna stay there again if they keep treating guest 's complaint that way.

The capsule is clean, and the whole room is quiet, so it's really nice for a good night's rest. Facilities like TV and charging port in every capsule are very convenient. Short walking distance to Chinatown MRT station, with lots of food stalls and shops around the street. Also, the staff at reception is very nice! Definitely a good experience.

Bed okay and comfortable ~ air condition was okay too. I sleep nicely … but one that really bad experience is “taking shower”. I need body clean cause dirt … but water flow really small … I thought just 1 time so I could understand … but everyday actually same. I take shower even longer cause water flow is really really small. Take shower it was importtant part 🥲.

Reception yang wanitanya luar biasa membantu semua tamu. Dalam berbagai pertanyaan dan macam-macam hal. Sangat rajin sangat niat membantu apapun. Ini wanita reception pantas mendapat perhargaan lebih dari pemiliknya. Saya yakin banyak tamu juga telah berterima kasih sekali dengan sang reception wanita ini.

Overall bagus dan nyaman. Resepsionisnya ramah banget dan sangat membantu. Fasilitasnya oke. Sarapannya lengkap ada roti, sereal, kopi, teh, susu. Bisa ambil sepuasnya dari jam 8 sampai 11, tapi tempatnya terpisah, jadi harus keluar hostel dan jalan dikit trus nyeberang, tempatnya enak buat nongkrong, cozy banget. Full music, pegawainya juga ramah. Pokoknya jangan ragu bertanya. Awalnya resepsionisnya lupa ngasih info sarapannya, trus pas pagi-pagi saya tanyakan kopi, dia langsung ngasih tau dan nganter sampai tempat sarapannya. Untuk kamarnya saya pilih yang female only, tiap bed ada TV + headphone biar gak berisik, socket listrik, lampu, selimut, handuk, dan hanger baju. Untuk perlengkapan mandi hanya ada sabun. Kalau alat-alat di toilet semuanya berfungsi dengan baik, hanya saja jet washernya terlalu keras, gak enak digunakannya. Untuk yang mau cari halal foods bisa jalan ke Chinatown point di basement, ada segar restaurant (spesial makanan oriental) dan prata wala (spesial makanan India). Mereka punya labal halal Singapore. Dan akses ke MRT juga deket hanya 3 menit jalan kaki. Terima kasih atas pelayanannya.

It been nice 2day there, friendly staff, clean & very near with MRT. Will comeback there soon.

Cozy. Good location because it close to Chinatown MRT and other tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Staff very helpful and they give a warm welcome to everyone. Only thing I don't like about it female bathroom, it should have some sign on it that can show bathroom empty or not. Because when I inside the bathroom someone try to open like multiple times. Over all I love it good for solo traveler.

The service is good but I didn't find any mirror in the women 's room ….

Good location. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Superb. New, clean, comfy and quiet. There is a toilet and shower inside female dorm. Lady at front desk is super friendly and helpful.

This hotel is an excellent choice for budget travelers or backpacker or solo traveler or if you are just thirsty for new experience. They have very friendly and funny staffs, good hospitality, free drinks, clean toilet and bathroom. The capsule is also very nice, it has nice color, sturdy stairs, nice bed and pillow, good lighting, and an exceptional android TV with headphones. The breakfast facility is located at other building very near with the hotel. They also have free chocolates, you only have to give a 5-stars and good the review (I took 6 chocolates) just kidding wkwk.

Love it! Hostel is very clean and very close to MRT stations, only take 2 minutes. And Ms. Claire, the Receptionist-is so friendly and helpful.

Kalo menurut aku sih mahal yah. Waktu itu aku dihargain 850.000 an ranjang pun berbagi dengan teman. Ukuran ranjang single bed. Model hotel kapsul.

Very helpful staff and of course would be back again to stay here.
