家庭式飯店，兩間臥室，一大間客廳與餐廳、廚房，最重要的有洗、烘衣機，住這裡旅遊不用帶太多換洗衣物。裡面用的餐具兼具具實用與品質，是一間很舒服的住宿環境。

水療跟泳池環境佳 早餐好吃 房間寬敞 但希望能多些木地板因為天熱地毯也易髒令人煩躁 床鋪很好睡 枕頭也很舒服

Nice and spacious apartment. The front desk staff is very friendly and they will explain to you in detail how to use the facilities in the room.

Good location in vicinity of Orchard Road, within 15min walk in distance. Good for family and long stay. But breakfast is so so and always long queue after 9am, quality so so.

早餐好吃床好睡，房間很大，附近熱鬧好逛，很好的休閒渡假處。缺點是離地鐵較遠（走路10幾分鐘），浴室的水壓不足忽冷忽熱！

一家非常棒的服务式公寓，早餐后 坐在泳池边的躺椅，非常舒服；女儿每天下午都会去游泳。房间很大，很适合家庭居住。走几分钟就有一家超市 Cold Storage。离乌节路很近，购物也很方便。总之是一次非常棒的住宿体验！

雖然距離地鐵有十幾分鐘步程,但附近已是烏節路的大商場,不論逛街、購物和飲食都應有盡有。酒店環境真的很優美,住的兩房套間很寛敞,房間舒適、寧静。我們一家有老人和小孩,他們都非常喜歡這間酒店。尤其要稱讚餐廳員工,每一個都親切有禮,服務一流。下次到新加坡一定會再選這間酒店。

環境不錯，可能裝修的時间長了，設施有些東西壞了，例如衛生間的抽氣壞了，我們住的是四個人，只有兩雙拖鞋

The residences should remind residents to bring their private toothbrushes, toothpastes and toiletries. We found out that they didn't provide the toothbrushes and toothpastes for free upon the first night of arrival. After complaining to the housekeeping department, they provided us the first set. If it claims itself as a luxurious serviced apartment, such basic facilities should be provided so as to make the residents hassle free. Also, it didn't provide us the replacement of toiletries only when we found out the similar problem. The housekeeper initiated to offer us another set of complimentary replacement. Hope that the management could review their policy so as to make the stay a more pleasant and convenient one. On the other hand, there was a free hamper. No matter how many people are there, they only included two bottles of water. Did the management ever stay in other hotels or residences, better they understand the service benchmark nowadays?

環境十分寧靜及舒適, 特別是房間真的很寬敞, 家人朋友都讚不絶口, 房間設計得好有家的感覺, BUFFET BREAKFAST天天不同款, 泳池, 健身室, 洗衣乾衣機都有, 設備非常的齊全!

pool was great, apartments really nice modern and spacious. Would have been even better if the building had a bar and or somewhere to buy food

It’s a lovely property. Great sized rooms with plenty space and spotlessly clean. Open airy common areas, lovely big pool, great breakfast, and perfect location at the top of Orchard Rd. Highly recommended.

In the Orchard area. Close to shopping, dining and a 15 min walk from MRT. Nice setting. Friendly staff. Well furnished suites. Well appointed amenities.

Hotel was fabulous. Staff were courteous and helpful when needed. The pool area was amazing, but lacked toilet facilities around the area. The room I stayed in accommodated all of my needs. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Superbe hôtel. Architecture design jardins piscine végétation tout est très beau. Chambre très propre et bonne literie. Tout est de bonne qualité il y a même une machine à laver le linge dans la chambre et le personnel est très aimable et de bon conseil. Nous avons apprécié la navette très pratique pour visiter le jardin botanique et Garden by the Bay. Seul bémol le pdj. Vraiment pas terrible. Salle bruyante et impersonnelle. Viennoiseries pas bonnes. Fruits et yogourts tièdes car derrière une vitre au soleil. Mais il y a beaucoup de possibilités de faire de bons pdj aux alentours. Vous cherchez un havre de paix l'hôtel Treetops est un bon choix. Allez y les yeux fermés.
