VIP Hotel

The frontdesk aunty was rude unable to give me solution when I did not bring my daughter bus pass instead she said that they are not allowed to enter till I asked her can I ask someone to snap picture and email then she said yes can! Booked that hotel cause got bigger room and enough for my 4 kids and they did not notified us that the pool was under maintenance! My kids was so sad especially the birthday boy. Our main reason is the pool for kids to swim if we know this happened we rather stay home & not wasting money! Singapore hotel are worst!

My third time staying in this hotel. In my opinion, its the best value for money you can get for a staycation. Only con is that the hotel is located quite far from the MRT station and bus stops. Other then that, room is spacious, toilet is clean and beds are comfortable. Check in and check out is super fast and hassle free.

The place quite ulu. Hotel doesn't look like hotel. More like chalet type. Got cheap deal so book it. No tissue and slipper provided. Saw some guazi on the floor left by previous guest. Try 1 time can liao.

I'd like to say special thanks to the abang, and especially to joy who help me in every query and help needed. I had a peaceful stay, privacy and felt at home. it's my third stay and this hotel is a calm and peaceful environment.

Accommodation is spacious. Bring an extension power brick, limited power outlets for a room for 4. No soap, only given shampoo and conditioner for some reason. Despite asking for them at the counter. Chair was broken, guest almost hurt his back when it collapses upon sitting on it. Day staff is friendly, night staff less so.

The hotel location is not the best but there is a convinience store and some food eateries at Balmoral Plaza nearby. Hotel Lobby is small and aircon is abit weak. Cleanliness overall is good. But they clean the room only when I arrived. And it was not ready when I arrived. Check in was delayed by 1hour. So that's the bad part. 3stars hotel service literally. However, rooms are spacious and very big. Clean and pretty good and in fact it was more than satisfactory for a 3star Hotel. Pleasant experience. Those who are OCD about the walls just take note the walls have some tapes here and there. But not too much of any concern. Toilet is clean and good. Overall, it is decent and worth the price. If you need the size and cleanliness this is the place to go to. But do not expect any great service. It is 3star service and is no point complaining as it is 3stars. The room aircon is cold enough so just bear with the heat in the lobby as the housekeeping does not like to work fast. And again, no point complaining as its 3stars. So great place, just bear with the check in and the service staff will only pretend to chase their housekeeping staff, it is clear that they will just take their own sweet time in preparing your room. Rating scale (1-10) : 8 Deducting 2points for the heat in the Lobby. I can bear the delay but the heat was bad. So 2points deducted from there.

Was a decent stay, middle of a lot of private estates, very cozy.

Like chalet, nothing special, cheap price with bathtub. No bedside socket, super cold aircon.

Nice location for those wish to temporarily hide from the hustle and bustle city life style.

This hotel is perfect for those wanting a short get away from the bustling city life. Location is hidden from the busy streets and a 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest MRT. The rooms were big and clean. Even managed to try out their swimming pool which was decent for a hotel this size. Only negative feedback I can give is the thin walls but all in all, I was amazing at how clean the hotel is accompanied with friendly staff. Would definitely come back again!

Stayed for a total of 12 days. I love it, I love the room. Spacious with own patio. Staff were friendly. I would come back!

This hotel has the 1970s-80s kind of vibes for the interior design but it is clean and spotless. The staff are not openly welcoming like the kind you would expect at 4 or 5 star hotels but if you have any issues or questions, they are willing to help. The swimming pool is a crazy mix of 1.5m which can suddenly extends to 3m deep. My only concern was the smell in the interior of the hotel - which has a typical old hotel smell but it is rather strong. And for those who use water to wash your business, I suggest bringing your own gayung or bottle to help with that. My room toilet does not come with a water hose.

Spacious and clean rooms. Not super convenient but have 7-11 and supermarkets with short walk out. Area is serene and interesting to walk along the stretch of bukit timah road.

This is my 1st & the last time go to vip hotel. Front desk staff service was bad, rude & not helpful at all. Lucky the malay manager man was helpful. I never been to a hotel that have rude old woman staffs & they don't want to do their job for us to checking in. This hotel is ridiculous. The room has a lot of ants too. I regret going to this hotel & I hope you all better think twice or thrice before having your staycation here. Breakfast was boring too nothing much. I just wanna highlight about the front desk staff cause I nearly get into a fight with them. They are those kind of old woman that will shout at you & not helping at all! For example this old b*tch at the picture, she is the rudest of all! Shame of you for working this line if you done have the manners. 👎

The hotel is simple, clean and neat. Thing to improve - just outside my room is the smoking area, it is a torture for my family especially we are a non smoker. As for the breakfast spread can be improved, it is too simple.

Nice place to stay room was big enough I am happy with that and they let me check in early but remember to call them and inform them that you will be coming early so that they will know what to prepare for it. 😊
