Had a great stay here for 1 night. Started with the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful and let us check in early which was very much appreciated. Location is convenient near the old town and all the sights. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice Staff very friendly and attentive.

Flott hotel med meget god frokost. Sentral beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen.

Well run reception and proactive staff. Lovely lobby.Breakfast was good. Rooms perfectly adequate with good sized bathroom. The sauna area is a standout facility. One of the better ones for this level of hotel. Would stay again.

Wir haben ein Zimmer in der dritten Etage bekommen. Durch die Baustelle nebenan war ein ruhiger Schlaf kaum möglich. Es gab keinen Hinweis seitens des Hotels. Noch viel schlimmer und das kann man nur als Abzocke bezeichnen, ist der Parkstreifen vor dem Hotel. Ich habe explizit eine Mitarbeiterin und einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gefragt, ob ich mein Fahrzeug dort parken dürfte. Am frühen Morgen komme ich trotz gelöster EasyPark an mein Fahrzeug und fand dieses mit einer Parkkralle vor. Auf Nachfrage im Hotel weshalb man so eine fehlerhafte Aussage bekommt, heißt es nur, dass ich wohl die beiden Kollegen erwischt habe die kein Auto fahren und daher nicht Bescheid wussten. Ich musste dann die Polizei rufen, welche gemeint hat, dass wohl jemand aus dem Hotel gemeldet hat dass sich dieses Fahrzeug im Parkverbot befindet. Ich wäre nicht der erste. Es ist eine Bodenlose Frechheit, was in dieser Nacht geboten wurde.

Zentral gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal, allerdings lag ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch in der Luft (4. Stock).

Toppen på alla sätt, förutom värmen. Rummet var alldeles för varmt och då de anser att luftkonditioneringen inte ska vara på i mars månad så gick det inte att få en dräglig rumstemperatur. Vi fick dock låna en fläkt...

Siisti huone, erinomainen suomalainen sauna kattoterassin vieressä, mukava henkilökunta ja hyvä palvelu.

Fitness center can be improved. Nice hotel in general.

Pavlina à la réception était absolument charmante mais l'hôtel en lui même ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles

Great location of hotel to the old town. Bus route right outside the front doors. Excellent range of choices for breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff on reception and throughout the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping. Great spa - Finnish Sauna and Steam Room open until 11pm. Massage treatments available, although I did not use. Equipped gym also open to guests. Nice public bar as you enter the hotel. All good, no complaints. This is the second time I have stayed in the Falkensteiner Bratislava, and I would happily return.

The hotel looked great, was well decorated, decent enough breakfast and close to the old town. The spa was a welcome addition! The floor I was on had a sewer like smell in the corridor but the room itself did not luckily. The staff were friendly and I would definitely stay here again if I were to be in town.
