艾克斯利夫酒店

於15/12預訂入住，18/12去到酒店才發現酒店有工程暫停營業，獲安排到同集團U Hotel入住。臨時要更改所有Local tour的酒店接送地點。加上酒店並無車接載你到他們安排的U Hotel ，要在下雨天自行拖行李箱前往。雖然安排的U Hotel 不錯，也相對較便利。但如預計在工程期間不接待客人，那便不應在3天前還接受預訂，或要在預訂前說明一下。

Good breakfast. Nice view from room to see the castle. Near to train station.

Everything grear! If there's a shuttle between bus station and hotel, it would be even better since we had heavy luggage o carry.

Wonderful hotel except a little far away from the center.

Not far away from the city center given Ljubljana is a small city. 10 min walk to the central station. Breakfast is nice. However, a but of a letdown that stuff like kettle and teabags are not provided. Overall, not bad.

About 10 mins walk to the sighseeing spots, also about 15 mins walk to the central bus station. In general, very good experience and plesant stay in the hotel.

The room decor is modern and clean. Location is great. Breakfast was nicely presented. The hotel is used by tour groups and it can feel busy in dining areas and elevators. Biggest problem is the completely inadequate air conditioning. The room thermostat was set at 18c , but it never managed a room temperature below 26c during our stay. Sure, outside temperature was low 30s, but this is the new normal for summer. We stayed 3 nights, almost no sleep, could not stay any longer. Maintence team investigated but no solution. From reading reviews this seems to be a common problem at the hotel.

I had a great stay here. It's conveniently located, but not noisy.The staff were efficient and friendly. The buffet style breakfast was good with lots of choice. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms need to be redone. Chipping paint and scuff marks on the wall. One window was cracked and covered in electrical tape. The breakfast was dreadful. The potatoes were cold, the pastries had no taste and the selection was poor. The regular coffee was served in carafes and were always empty. When I asked the staff to refill it, they looked at me like I asked them to do 100 sit-ups. The front desk people were courteous and were able to help me with my reservations.

Not up to scratch for a 4* hotel. Arrived early, checked in and confirmed a twin room. Returned later and had to check again. Key cards provided didn't work so had to return to reception from 10th floor. The room provided was a double. First reception said it was a twin, then that it was previously a twin and was now a double, then that we hadn't asked for a twin. They promised to search for an alternative and call me back in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I returned to reception and waited until they eventually found another room- taking over an hour to sort. The room was barely big enough for two; we had to store one bag on the window sill; there were no drawers or wardrobe- just four coat hangers and one shelf. The ''ensuite was a glass shower cubicle and sink directly in the room, and a separate toilet. There was very little privacy. Shower gels were positioned at head height so difficult to access, the shower was a hose fixed at waist height on the wall and there were gaps in the door seal so water escaped onto the floor and soaked the towels we had to put on the floor whilst showering. The curtains were falling to bits with the blackout lining peeling off so when morning came they weren't blocking the light. Breakfast was shambolic with many dishes and drinks empty for a long time and 15minute queues for the coffee machine. When at reception several other people were complaining about being given a double room not a twin and failings in housekeeping etc. Can't recommend

Hotel provável 3* , estacionamento muito caro 28 euros dia, quarto não tem frigobar, como propõe 4*, limpeza precária do quarto, recepcionistas falam apenas inglês e idioma local, nenhum francês, espanhol ou árabe.Testemunhei Sras idosas com dificuldade de interação. Mycket trevlig personal. Litet och lite slitet rum, lagom för en person. Kanonfin frukost.

The view from our room was exceptional. We were lucky to be on the side of the Castle. It was a comfortable room with everything we needed. The breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Good location within walking distance of the main sites and the railway station.

Large skyscraper of a hotel with bus tours and many guest, yet somehow they managed to maintain a warm and efficient atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was delightful. We'll done!

Lovely room in good condition, quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was amazing - almost every option you could think of!

Breakfast was excellent! Room was clean. Good location

Breakfast good . No air conditioning in room . Only window cracked open 6 inches. Staff advised it was a short period of time between when heat was turned off and air conditioning to be turned on. Unlucky for us we stayed 3 nights during that “period of time”. Very stuffy in room during daytime. Got better only at night. Never used a blanket because of this. Would never stay again just because of this inconvenience. Plenty other places to stay. Staff were friendly though

Rooms were spacious & clean. Loved that there was no carpeting. Only 10m walk from old town

Room it was clean, staff friendly, breakfast it was good, however the hotel has very old rooms!
