Beautiful hotel and excellent service from the staff.

We so enjoyed our stay at Steenberg estate as well as the stunning food in the Bistro. Best meal ever! All the staff were charming, helpful and efficient. I asked if a badly marked tee shirt could be laundered within 2 days - and it was back in my arms, spotless within about 1.5 hours. How?!! Also, a shout out to Brandon who although he was fairly new to the staff team, was extremely helpful. Have you ever stayed in a hotel when you find your car won't start because you've left a light on over night - and within just a few minutes, it's painlessly sorted by the hotel team?

Das war der perfekte Abschluss unserer Reise, ein bisschen Luxus zum Abschluss war unser Ziel und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das ganze Anwesen war wunderschön, jede einzelne Person unfassbar hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. An Freundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten. Ein hervorragend bequemes Bett, ein wunderschöner Garten und sehr leckerer Wein runden diese Erfahrung ab. Ganz zu schweigen vom unfassbar guten Essen! Ich habe schon viele Hotels besucht, aber dieses bleibt lange in Erinnerung und ist in unsere top5 all time favorites aufgestiegen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, wir kommen definitiv wieder! Man sollte sich nur bewusst sein, dass es etwas außerhalb vom Stadtdzentrum entfernt ist. Wenn man die Stadt als Ziel hat, würde ich eher eine andere Location empfehlen.

A must stay! Just book it. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great restaurants and wine tasting experience. They offer several services including transfers to the waterfront and spa. I will definitely come back.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive you relax in 5* luxury, the staff are outstanding, warm and friendly. Facilities incredible, mountain views across the Vineyards a stunning kitchen garden and 2 outstanding restaurants. Thanks we will be back!

Rooms were nice and service was great. The place is very beautiful and tranquil. We had a ironing board delivered to our suite but then when we left for dinner, some staff had came back to our room unannounced, and without telling us took the ironing board and iron and moved some of the bedding around. We mentioned this to the manager when we checked out, but it made us incredibly uncomfortable and I don’t know if we would stay there again because of that instance. I hope management will notify future guests if they intend to enter their suites at any point during their stay, whether it be part of their service offerings or not.

Recent refurbishments are clearly "next level," seamlessly blending modern elegance with the hotel's inherent charm. The environment, both indoors and out, was absolutely beautiful, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop. And the food? Absolutely "on point." Each meal was a culinary delight, a testament to exceptional quality and exquisite taste. It's rare to find a hotel where every dining aspect is so consistently outstanding.For anyone with discerning taste seeking royal treatment, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It's more than a stay, it's an experience that rejuvenates the spirit and warms the soul. We're already planning our return, bringing friends and family. This Cape Town gem truly requires more than just one visit to appreciate its magic.

A beautiful property in a peaceful setting, great restaurants on site and the opportunity to taste their wines too! Take a walk around the grounds on the signposted walking trail. I would highly recommend this hotel, could not be happier with our choice.

Die Steenberg Farm bietet eine wunderschöne Umgebung mit hohem Comfort. Die Premier Zimmer mit Blick auf den Golfplatz sind exzellent. House Keeping aufmerksam, gewissenhaft und freundlich. Dinner Restaurant sehr gut. Frühstück leider nur a la Carte und Personal teilweise sehr unzuverlässig.
