Hotel Gaden by Onyu stay

The room was very nice, looked exactly like the pictures, with a roomy bathroom and big soaking tub. The bed was very very firm, and the sheets and towels all had a number of stains, though they seemed clean.

We chose this hotel only because in the hotel photo you see a pool in the rooftop. It was +35° hot day when we came, and we were told that we can't use the pool at all. That we should have made a reservation before we came, and the pool is for 8 people groups max.. At the hotel the staff spoke only korean, so they communicated with us only with phone app! First night at the hotel fire alarm started ringing at 05. My daughter did not wake for it, it was not enough loud in the room. It was louder in the hallway. So we dressed up quickly and ran to emergency stairs from our room in the 6th floor. On the way I took the flashlight from the room, but the stand where it was, fell on the floor. In the emergency stairs first floor stairs/exit area was full of stuff: vacuum cleaners, cleaning stuff etc. That is dangerous: that area is not a storage space! Luckily the fire alarm was a false one. Still we waited over 30min outside, when the firemen were in. Room was nice, very clean and spacious. Though we were very tired the 1st day there, because of the false fire alarm that woke us so early that night.

아주 깨끗하지는 않았지만, 나름 괜찮았어요. 강추까지는 아니고, 가성비는 좋은편입니다.

Room was decent, staff were amazing. Heated my meals up on request, let me check out late after flights delayed and did their best to make my stay pleasant

Overall really impressed with this hotel especially since it’s a budget business hotel. Upon entering the staff had my booking ready to go so check in to less than 5 minutes. The lobby was very clean and smelled clean and nice. The room is spacious, clean, and relatively comfortable. It’s is a Korean style bed so it’s a bit on the firm side. The bathroom was very large with a western sized and deep garden tub for soaking. The only cons especially if you come without a vehicle is dining options are limited till about 1.5 km away but still walkable and it can be difficult for taxis to find. Next time I’m in Suwon though I will likely book here again.

약간 방음이 잘 안되요.

서비스: 친절하고 스마트한 서비스 인테리어: 넓고 어두움. 정말 푹 쉬기 좋은 유형. 업무하기에는 부적합. 가구가 미니멀해서 쾌적함. 침대 편안함. 정비, 청소상태: 좋지 않음. 어두워서 그런지 대충 청소하는 느낌. 협탁에 먼지 수북해서 직접 청소함. 욕조도 물때가 없어지지 않아서 직접 청소하고 사용.(욕조에서 티비 살짝 보이는 건 좋습니다) 세면대에서 누수. 세면대 밑 배수구 마개 고장 등 수도관련 설비 관리 측면에서 다소 아쉬움.(76호입니다. 수리하시길) 위치: 다소 애매한 위치에 있어 자가용이나 택시가 편합니다. 위치가 애매한 만큼 주변 소음 없이 조용합니다.

업무출장차 편하게 지냈습니다.

주차장이 너무 너무 쫍고 볕이 안드는거 빼고는 좋습니당

욕조가 있고 사진상 깔끔해보여서 좀 멀어도 예약했었는데~~ 화장실 변기도 오랜기간 청소를 안했는지 분홍 물때가 있고, 어두운 조명으로 가려지지 않는 곳곳에 먼지와 묵은때 투성이 였어요. 다시 생각하니 기분이 안 좋아 지려고 해요. 그나마 침구는 좀 나아서 피곤해서 잠은 잘 잤네요. 암튼 성실하게 운영되지 못하고 있어서 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않습니다.

음 일단 금연인데 옆방에서 담배를 피워서 좀 그랬어요. 그리고 침구류가 모텔수준 입니다. 깨끗은 했어요.

청결상태 및 직원들이 너무 친절했습니다 하지만 방음상태는 최악이였습니다 출장차 들렸는데, 옆방과 한 집처럼 느껴졌으며 모텔과 다름없었습니다 방음만 해결된다면 정말 좋은호텔입니다

여행내내 너무 깔끔하고 조용합니다 너무 편해서 내집처럼 쉬다 갑니다 너무 친절하고 추천드려요ㅎㅎ

호텔의 인테리어도 괜찮고 조용해서 좋았어요

Complètement déçus, nous avons réservé cet hôtel uniquement parce qu’il est doté d’une piscine. De plus, hôtels.com affiche les photos de cette piscine sur roof top pour faire la promo de cet hôtel. Sauf qu’il faut se rendre dans les conditions générales pour se rendre compte qu’il faut réserver la piscine à l’avance pour des groupes de 8 personnes maximum. Chose que je n’avais pas vu avant que la réceptionniste qui ne parle presque pas anglais m’explique que la piscine est réservée et qu’il est impossible pour moi d’y aller durant mon séjour. Ce jour là, il faisait plus de 35 degrés à l’ombre, nous aurions apprécié pouvoir se baigner. Il serait plus correct d’éviter de faire de la pub de cet hôtel grâce au photos de piscine sur le roof top ou alors de prévenir directement avant la réservation du logement que si on veut utiliser cette piscine, il faudra réserver avec un supplément.
