房間很好

All very good

The hotel locates at only 5-minutes walking distance from Balsan station. It is modern hotel but the lighting was just too dark. There was a motion sensor in the bathroom, so the light would turn itself off when I was in the middle of a shower. The A/C inside the room was pretty loud, and the blinds for the room had a gap so light could come through in the morning. The neighbourhood is very pleasant, no lack of eateries nearby. So I would suggest to take breakfast nearby instead. The quality of the continental breakfast was very disappointing, the food (eggs, bacon and sausage was not hot, and the eggs were mixed with water). Definitely can get much better food with the same amount they charge.

Nice and modern designed hotel~ it’s close to the underground station and has many restaurants and convenient store nearby!

硬件和位置都不错，地铁站很近，去机场比较方便，但是早餐服务的时间过早结束，洗手盘边上有污垢，淋浴房外地面积水，都与酒店星级不相符，隔音效果不好，马路的汽车经过的声音和临近的房间发出的声音都很清楚，影响睡眠

When I did check in the room, the staff debited the room charge again which mean I paid twice for only one room being reserved. ( I have paid for it before and the relevant payment has been settled for few month.) After I asked for the reason why I needed to sign the receipt if that transaction was for room deposit only, the staff went for double-check and found that he made the duplicate payment to me and later on he cancelled the transaction. It was terrible that he would debit twice if I didn't ask. During the 6D5N of stay, I felt extremely disappointed as someone has gone into my room without permission even though I have lightened the 'Do not disturb'.I didn't wanna any hotel staffs gone into my room that's why I have put the 'Do not disturb' light in place but the hotel staff or housekeeper completely ignored it. What's more, as I have known that there were no closets provided in some rooms and thus I have sent out for over 4 emails to email address of hotel which has shown on its official website before one to two weeks of my check-in date. But no any replies have been received until now. Therefore, a room without closet has been assigned to me and I could not change to another room which included closet even though I have requested for few times. The in-room lightening system was not user-friendly since it would turn off automatically while I was taking the shower. Lastly, it was a bit difficult to communicate with some hotel staffs as their English were quite poor.

Very impressive with the warm welcome from the reception. Everything is good but there seems to be some problems with the air conditioning system as it is very loud when turning it on. Good location for business trip and will be definitely back again.

对于需要从金浦机场转机的人十分方便的酒店。房间很新，设施齐全。

酒店好新淨，裝修靚，房間大，如果要早去機場的話是不錯選擇。

酒店走型格路線，房間好大，浴室華麗，有浴缸，自動馬桶，獨立沖涼間，自助早餐味道不錯。交通方便，離地鐵站步行5分鐘。附近都有不少食店。不足之處，房間燈光較暗，浴室燈會自動熄(時間關係)，離明洞較遠

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. With bathtub is awesome!

Everything is quiet good in the hotel. I had a good experience in Korea.

整體乾淨舒適,早餐也很豐富,飯店有金浦機場接送,但要事先預約.距離地鐵五號線近,附近還有NC百貨公司樓下有超市

My husband caught a skin infection from what we suppose was either the towel or the toilet. He ended up going to the hospital to treat it and was in pain for days. the staff was nice.

舒適CP質高，且有電影觀賞!唯一美中不足部分，剛進去房間時有點菸味~不過大體環境與服務人員品質都十分優異^_^~值得推薦的好飯店~~
