I feel bad leaving such a negative review because the staff was very helpful and very kind. This is a non-smoking property, but my room smelled like I was inside of a cigarette. I paid $700 for my room for only a week and honestly, it wasn’t even worth it. The massage chair smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was not clean and there was a leaking board of water in my room. Truthfully, I would not book here again. But the staff were very kind and very nice. Just the smell, and the lack of cleanliness really ruined it for me.

Love motel. Free WiFi, laundry, water, bread, ramyeon, and corn drink. Area is little remote but near a 7-11

Was basic but functional. Spa bath tuba bonus and the massager chairs in the more expensive rooms were worth it. Staff were friendly and did their best to assist.

객실도 깨끗하고 직원분들도 무난했지만 주변 상점이 적고 컴퓨터키보드 불빛이 너무 강해서 잠자기 힘들었고 무엇보다 잠잘때 소음이 너무 심해서 새벽에 계속 깨서 너무 힘들었네요..

This hotel is a kind of a love-affair hotel. I thought it would be a business hotel. I don't want to search any hotels via Expedia website anymore.

Poor 1) unstable wifi connections: it is hard to use my room wifi stably - no-secure connection: I should have paid for wifi for my business purposes for 10 days 2) smells smoke in and around room: they let guests smoke? - it is illegal! 3) dark around the hotel: not too far from station but it is hard to walk there because it is very dark around 4) no individual room temperature control - it is too warm and there is no way to control temperature - unacceptable! 5) denied to refund for early check/move out - I wanted to move out for smoke smell, unsecure wifi, and inconvenient to public transportation but they refused to it Is this properly owned and managed by gangsters? Overall horrible experience!

Good size room for the price. A bit of a long ride into the heart of the city by metro but it is on line 3 so that’s nice. It was clean. Pretty good.

Staff onsite were wonderfully helpful. Snack bar with ramen and toast available 24/7. Complimentary water, coffee, aloe drink was a very nice amenity.

I liked the bathroom with large bath tub, huge smart TV and the new cloth styler?.. there was even a computer in the room. There were free snack bar and washing machine and dryer on second floor which were so convenient for me.

고양 원당역에서 걸어서 20분, 킨텍스에서 차량으로 15분 거리라 적당한 위치에 있으며, 스넥바, 청결, 조용함 등등에서 매우 좋았음. 킨텍스 전시회에 출품/참관하는 경우, 숙박으로 적극 추천할 만 함.

They charged us extra for having 3 people once the payment was completed via app.
