房間清潔度不夠 住宿兩天 隔天房間沒有整理 如要更換毛巾 必須自己拿到前台 服務人員英文程度差 唯一加分 有公共廚房可使用 The room was not clean enough. I stayed for two nights and the room was not tidied up the next day. If you want to change towels, you have to take them to the front desk yourself. Service staff has poor English proficiency The only plus point is that there is a public kitchen available

開車距離城山日出峰很近，如果要看日出或是出發去牛島是相當不錯的住宿點 房間很寬敞，還有兒童泳池，很適合家庭出遊

Although the hotel staff was not good in English, they are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

no facilities, only small swimming pool for kids, plenty of rooms but only two lifts, need to walk a long way to the room.

酒店清潔,早餐不錯

The hotel is very new and clean.The veiw is good. We asked the staff when we will go to see the sunrise. She asked my room number.Then.she said i don.t need to go out. Ican see it from my room. I saw the sunrise at the left and the sunrise mountain at the right from the balcony. The view is very good. After breakfast.we drove to the sunrise mountain in 5-10mins.The location is very good. However,the quality of the room is fair.though the room is very large, new and clean, there is no carpet on the floor, the light is in white color.no bath tub. no curtain in the shower area.The shower area is in triangle shape.It.s just a corner of the toilet.No separation from the toilet tub and the shower area.And,the wash basin is very small.No platform by the side that is different from normal hotel. Overall,the room seems to be a new campsite.香港的高級青年營地.but not a hotel. Overall.if you have prepared to stay in an activities center, it will be better than expectation. You will enjoy it very much. You will be a bit disappointed if you expect a hotel. For the breakfast, there are enough choices.On the day i stay. many Chinese people from mainland spoke loudly. The area is dark and clouded. No staff serve in the breakfast area. As i said, it looks like the canteen of a campsite, not a cafe of a hotel. Anyway. I still recommand it because of the view and it is new and clean.

직원들도 별로고 숙소도 별로예요. 말투가 툭툭거리는 분이 계셔서 체크인하는 동안 숙소 이미지 다 깎였습니다. 왜 그런 분을 프론트에 배치하는지 이해가 안갔어요. 수건도 매일매일 시간 맞춰 교체요청하지 않으면 안바꿔주는 시스템이에요. 수영장 수건도 돈받고…장기투숙했는데 휴가 제대로 망쳤어요. 다시는 안갑니다.

객실이 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절했어요

No AC in the hallway and the laundry room made it very unpleasant. It was so hot while waiting for the elevator. The brunch menu was too limited.

수영장 있어서 좋네요

Very basic amenities. Small bath towel provided, with a huge bathroom with no shower cubicle. Entire bathroom will be wet after a shower, without dry space. Bed is basic and mattress is quite old and can feel the spring.

온수풀이라 5월의 쌀쌀한 날씨에도 불구하고 아이들이 신나게 놀았어요 다시 방문하고 싶어요

놀다가 늦게 체크인했는데 방을 사이즈업을 해주신건지.. 방이 너무 널찍해서 놀랐습니다. 일단 청결했고 널찍한 방사이즈에 깔끔한 인테리어,가성비 좋은 리조트인거같고 다음에도 또 이용할것같아요!!

여기 주변이 고급진 호텔이 없는 느낌이 있고, 그나마 찾아보다가 여기를 선택했다. 가족여행으로 갔는데 뭐 그냥 쏘쏘함.. 나쁘지 않고 딱히 좋은건 모르겠는 그렇습니다. 호텔 직원분 부를 일도 없고 부를 필요도 없었던 호텔이라서 보통으로 리뷰 남깁니다. 호실이 많은거 같은데 주차장이 넓은편이라 좋은것 같습니다. 그리고 편의점이 있는데 11시까지 했던거 같습니다.

The rooms are clean. They don't clean the room unless you ask. The bathroom is Korean style, so nothing is separated but it is spacious enough that you can shower without everything else getting wet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. There is a fridge and TV in the room, as well as an extra chair and a rack to hang clothes. There is a cafe in the lobby. There are two convenience stores nearby - one on the property and one within 5 mins walk. Other than that, restaurants are kinda sparse, especially in the off peak season when the few that are around may be closed. This hotel is better for families/ groups and a car is definitely needed.

온수풀 넓고 놀기좋음 방 넓고 깨끗 화장실 넓지만 조금 낙후 그래도 씻을만 해요 엘베가 중간에 딱두대만 있어서 먼방은 불편

곰팡이 냄새가 힘들었어요

깨끗한 방과 편리한 시설로 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다~~
