Habitación excelente, personal muy muy ambable, buen desayuno, el bar podrían extender el horario a 1 o 2 de la mañana, me pareció muy corto o temprano hasta las 23-23:30 hs. Todo lo demás excelente

Had a great time at this hotel! Location is very nice considering it’s so close to the metro station and the airport. Eli at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating! We do recommend!

首先要稱讚一下酒店的接駁車很準時，兩位司機都親切、有禮。如果你是從Teminal 1到達的，沿著指示走到Parking G，是一個公共的停車場，接著走到Parking G外的大馬路邊，很容易就會找到車身上寫著酒店名稱的接駁車。另外，酒店的環境也很優雅，房間有特色及情調，睡床很舒適。酒店的其他員工都很樂於助人，感覺很良好。而且可以免費使用酒店的健身及Spa(包括桑拿、水池、暖床。還有蒸氣室，但我去的時候剛好待維修)所以在酒店住宿期間感覺很放鬆，是一次非常好的住宿經驗。

Got a great location. However, it turns only good location, the food for the breakfasts is terrible, many customers but less food. The restaurant at night is terrible...no service at all.
The bed we ordered is a big bed, but what we got is a big bed combined with 2 small beds. And there are wheels for the bed!?! The bed isn't stronge enough, so when you turn your body, it makes big noise and moved...very very uncomfortable.
The shower in the room is strange, there is no door for it. So it's cold after shower.

Air conditioning was so weak that we had to leave the card all day in the electric socket to keep the place cold.
Electricity went out from the entire building and we had to use the stairs up and down.
Breakfast wasnt that good to be honest.. but we can say it was ok.
Reception staff was dealing with guests in non welcoming way. Seems that they need to be trained on hospitality and how to smile for guests approaching and never wave to guests to vome forward on the desk.

출장으로 5박 머물렀습니다. 마트나 주변 부대 시설과는 거리가 떨어져 있지만, Fira 지하철과 버스 정류장이 가까이 있어 시내 이동은 편리합니다. 직원분들이 매우 친절하고, 번화가 외곽에 위치한 만큼 주변이 조용하다는 장점이 있습니다. 5박 내내 조식 메뉴는 변함 없지만 필요한 음식은 다 있어서 편하게 지냈습니다~

It was ok for a 1 night stay but I wouldn’t stay more than a day or two. Mainly because the bed was hard. Water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating and became dangerously hot at times. Otherwise it was a standard hotel. 12pm checkout is nice but that means rooms are not going to really be available for checkin before 3.

Everything was ok at this Hotel, I really recommend it.
It is very close to BCN airport and you have the FIRA metro station just crossing the street, only 9 station to get from airport.

This hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was situated very close the the business sector but also close to metro and bus routes so very easy to get around. The hotel itself is very well appointed and has a roof top pool you can use, as well as restaurants and bar area. Would use again 5*

The room was very spacious and clean. I have no complaints at all. I’ll stay here again. The location was great and convenient as the metro station was only about five minutes walk away. I have no complaints at all. I’ll absolutely stay here again.
