Lovely hotel, close to everything, shops, bars, supermarkets Saim park. Really friendly welcoming staff, lovely clean room, nice pool with plenty of sunbeds and a bar

Great location, great room and friendly staff

Great location. Stayed in a terrace room and was great. The only negative I’d raise is for anyone with mobility issues … lots of stairs so if you have any issues check with the property before booking

Very Good apartment, well-located, next to Troya Beach in the heart of Tenerife South. The staff is very helpful and offered me everything I needed.

Excellent stay here. Recommended Great staff pleasant and helpful. Stayed 27/12-1/1/26. Arrived late 11pm. Quick informative check in. Located near Veronica’s and beach. Airport bus stop near. Pool nice and clean open over winter. Bar and food available. Knock at my door New Year’s Eve with a member of staff with a complimentary bottle of cava and box chocolates for new year. Late flight , luggage room and showers available.

Amazing view

There some good and bad about this place. The positives: Nice apartment, well equippped with the basics you need, comfortable beds, nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Very friendly staff. The negative: Unfortunately the location was too close to the bars and it gets loud at night. You can also hear eveything in the building. Absolutely everything. This woke us up every single night. Especially when other guests were drunk and loud and got home.

Everything was great except for the stairs but that was my own fault for not booking a one bedroom apartment instead of a studio, everyone was very helpful and I was even offered a different room, the people at the front desk were always on hand to help me in every way possible, I'll be going back again next year 👍🌞🌞

Great size rooms. Done to a modern style. Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly staff. Nice pool area. Easy to walk to beach/shop snd night life.

Struttura bella e pulita. Eravamo in un appartamento deluxe da 60 m2 con du camere ed un ampio bagno con soggiorno e cucina. Appartamenti realizzati da pochi mesi(2024) Consigliatissimo.

Central, nice pool, spacious apartment for 5, friendly and informative staff, close to sea and Siam Park - in the middle of the action therefore street noise at night.

The Rooms were clean, yes came across tiny ants and 1 cockroach (well, can't blame the hotel for this)but nothing was an issue for the management to sort out. They got the rooms fumigated and every request/demand we had was met. Literally, the best customer service hence would recommend this hotel. Only issue was the stair cases with heavy suitcase's to reception area.

The Appartement looks from outside old, but the rooms inside looks good and very modern. So the rooms are renovated. Sure it is a loudy location in the evening, but for me it is okay. You have every electronic Equipment in the Appartment what you need. Every 2 days the Clean Service come to exchange your towels and empty the Trash. The reception are very Kind and helpful, they are 24/7 available. One thing i notice, which is a negative point, they dont have a safe. All in all for the the the price and for the Central Location, it is great!

Wasn’t expecting much , but apartment was modern, clean. Looked like recently upgraded. Had everything needed for a self catering . Only thing was no safe . Other than that can’t fault it for price range

Nice clean rooms, bit noisy but that’s to be expected up the road from Veronica’s! Compared to the hike in prices all over Reef, it’s a bargain!

Great place with the only downside Was no air conditioning in the room

The absolute BEST thing about this property is the lovely woman who works at the pool bar. She is an absolute delight and really brightened up our mornings. The prices at the pool bar are also very reasonable. There was a lot of construction still happening in the hotel so it wasn't looking great and there was still some noise in mornings from drills etc. Although not too much. The music down at Veronica's doesn't stop til 6am and there was no air conditioning in our room so we were forced to sleep with the balcony open all night, therefore being forced to listen to Pitbull and every other generic 128 bpm chart track of the moment. Our shower was poorly designed and would flood the entire bathroom, meaning we had to use most of our towels drying that up. It also meant that the bathroom floor was constantly damp. Beds weren't great. No headboard. Pretty squeeky etc and not the most comfortable. TV and WiFi were both good and kitchen facilities were all fine. This would be a 3 star review due to some of the major issues above, but the lovely lady at the pool bar and the close proximity to shops and nightlife etc earned the extra star.
