Poco menaje de cocina, por ejemplo, unicamente dos tenedores, los dos diferentes. Dos cucharillas, una de ellas de las de café, es decir, pequeñísima. El mantel era un hule y estaba sucio de inquilinos anteriores. Además de eso, el nivel de ruido por tráfico es insoportable tanto de día como de noche o de madrugada.

The stay was pleasant, beds are comfortable, quiet area and some nice views of the country side. It was great to have a kitchen to have some breakfast and coffee in the morning. The bus stop to the city centre is right outside the apartment so very easy to go around the city.
The only negative we found was that the bathroom was not very clean. There was hair on the floor and on the bin, the floor looked like it had not been washed at all, and the shower looked quiet dirty. The bathroom was slightly off putting compared to everything else.

The pictures on the advertisement are nothing close to the reality. Ceilings and walls are plastered with dead mosquitoes. Rooms are very hot, and they do not have air conditioning or even a fan.

I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived and tried to blame us for not notifying them of our arrival. when we did get checked in the first email we received was from the hotel requesting our arrival time. This was sent 5 minutes after we had checked in.

Small suburban aparthotel that was useful for day trips into Santander and to the surrounding sites. On a medium-size highway near industrial areas. Nothing walkable nearby. Car-dependent. Has free parking.
On-site Restaurant was closed.

I wasn’t able to check in. I arrived late 11:30 pm and couldn’t enter
I called the number but no one answered
I received an email from the property at 4 am telling me to call if I arrived after 11 pm which I did but no one answered!!

Voor de prijs een zeer goed en ruim appartement met zelfs een wasmachine en koelkast en magnetron. Het was er schoon en de dame van de receptie was zeer aardig en spreekt een beetje Engels wat niet overal standaard is.
Enige nadeel is dat er geen restaurants in de buurt zijn en dat het nogal ver van de stad Santander ligt.

The only drawback with the apartments is they are nowhere near the town.
But there are bus stops just outside if you don't have a car.
