Das Zimmer war schön groß, die Matratze bequem und das Bad hatte ausreichend Ablageflächen. Zudem war die Klimaanlage hervorragend. Die Lage am Bahnhof war auch super, der Flughafen ist so schnell zu erreichen.

I had food poisoning on the same night(May1)I live in this hotel. I got fever and vomit at midnight. My travel mate is my mum and her English is poor. Luckily we got lots of help from all the hotel staffs we met on that night and the next day morning(May 2). They help my mum call taxi to 24 hours pharmacy and leave message to the driver about the address and even asked the driver to wait my mum and to drive her back. At the next day, I received lots of greetings. Our original plan is to visit Cordoba and leave Malaga at the evening. However, due to my health situation, we can only stayed at Malaga and got on the train at evening to Seville as we had a flight there on May3. The hotel manager is so kind to let us have a late check out, so that I can rest for longer time and directly to the train station after check out. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the hotel staffs we met on May1 and 2.
By the way, the hotel position is really great as it is just next to the train station and bus station. And there is also a shopping mall next to the hotel. The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. If I have chance to visit Malaga again, I will definitely live in this hotel again!

Expérience plutôt décevante. Il était pratiquement impossible d’obtenir une température confortable dans la chambre, ce qui a nui à notre séjour. De plus, une des fenêtres ne fermait pas correctement pendant environ la moitié de notre séjour.
Le Wi-Fi est également très mauvais, instable et peu fiable. Si vous devez travailler, faire des appels vidéo ou simplement avoir besoin d’une bonne connexion Internet, je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel.
Ces problèmes ont malheureusement beaucoup affecté notre expérience.

Great location just behind the main train station. Bus from out the front no1 or 14 takes you to marina area and where the tours depart from. Very central.
Very good hotel and room was really comfortable. Only issue was poor WiFi in my room. Good connection in bar or pool area.

Clean room helpful staff and good breakfast choices.
Easy walk (20 min) to the centre.Buses plentiful.
Swimming pool was very small and overcrowded.

Located at the Zambrano train station, with stores and eateries nearby. We took trips to Sevilla so we just jumped on a train there. Very clean. Great staff. Nice pool on the roof. The only really bad thing: no drawers or storage for clothes in the room except a closet and 2 tiny drawers in a moveable end table. We had clothes for 11 days and had to lay them out across the room. Who designs these rooms for hotels?! Good: the rain shower and wand were the easiest to use of any hotel I’ve visited! Breakfast was ok and only worth the price if unlimited buffet is what you want. Nearby local places were one-third the price with better coffee and options! All in all, we liked being there.

Loved my stay here. Staff were super helpful, had a great choice of breakfast and the AC in the room was amazing. The hotel is so close to the train and bus station so makes getting around easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location right by the shopping centre. You can enter enter the train station from back door.Lovely little rooftop pool which my little one loved. Rooms were clean and spacious.They had latrine which in the washroom which is a bonus for Muslims 😄

Flott og stort hotell med hjelpsomme ansatte både i resepsjonen og bar/kjøkken. Vi fikk bestilt pizza til rom selv om det ikke stod på menyen. Flott med connecting doors når man er en familie på 2 voksne og 2 tenåringer.
Supersentral beliggenhet, 10 med tog til flyplass og 2 holdeplasser med metro til Centro Historico.
Det eneste som trekker ned er ustabilt og dårlig nett på rommet (selv om de kom med helt ny boks til oss)

Unlike other Barcelo hotels I've stayed at, this one wasn't great. Unless you want to be surrounded by loud, large stag and hen parties, I'd give this one a miss. Despite going to reception 4 times due to the room next door slamming into walls and screaming loudly late at night, desk staff refused to move my room because they were "fully booked". Miraculously, a room was suddenly found on visit 6. Room cleaning quality was patchy and items weren't replaced. Location was good but I wouldn't stay here again.
