Very noisy. Very small room. We requested a couple of extra pillows for my wife for comfort with sleeping and they didn’t have even have 1 extra pillow. No telephone in room. Penelope at the front was wonderful. Jennifer at the coffee and food area was very pleasant and helpful.

A nice hotel for a short stay.

This hotel is in a great location to experience La Rambla and is quite walkable to many areas of the city, including La Barceloneta Beach. Our first night was wonderful, with very friendly and helpful staff. We were quite disappointed with the response we received when we asked if our room would be cleaned/refreshed the second morning we were there - we were told that rooms are only cleaned in the morning. We had left in late morning and had put the sign on our door requesting a cleaning and returned mid-afternoon to nothing having been done so we needed to ask for fresh towels, etc. It was also very discouraging that we were given an order form for their breakfast, and we filled it out and put it under the door as the instructions specified, but when we went down to secure the breakfast the next morning (the form was no longer in the hallway) the staff did not have our order. The staff were very helpful in securing local transportation from the cruise terminal upon our arrival and to the airport for our departure.

Sentralt beliggenhet, hyggelig personale. Gode rom, stille med lite støy, gode senger og dusj og baderom. Godt hotel u forhold til pris.

Great property, lovely breakfast. Ideal location, bit noisy as we had a room on the street but didn't impact our stay.

Great location nice cafe and helpful to have the lockers. Noisy at night and 401 is by lift which is noisy. Useful to have fridge .

Loved the location of this hotel, metro station right outside, in the heart of gothic quarter so most are walkable distances. Room size was decent and perfect for us. The reception doesn’t open til 2pm, so upon arriving I put my items in the locker they supplied. This means no early check in whatsoever. I am quite sensitive to scents and walking in the room there is an overwhelming scent in the room. I aired it out for two days and the smell dissipated. The heater works but the AC does not, luckily the weather was cool so the AC was not needed. They also walked into my room even though I had put the do not disturb sign on. The property was perfect for what we needed but it is not a full service hotel, more like an apartment.

Die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich. Das Zimmer war etwas klein (das Bett machte den Großteil des Raumes aus), aber das wurde durch die gute Lage der Unterkunft wettgemacht. Da das Zimmer mittels eines Codes geöffnet wird, muss man sich keine Sorgen um das eventuelle Verlieren des Hotelsschlüssels machen. Nettes Hotel in sehr guter Lage.

Aircondition var i stykker så der var koldt på værelset. Vi fik en ekstra dyne (2 personer) og en el radiator kom dagen efter. Morgenmaden er en anelse skrabet og ufleksibelt med afkrydsnings blanket, den bliver serveret i caféen og deles derfor med café gæster. Også koldt at sidde der med træk fra døren. Personalet var søde, og værelset fint og rummeligt, og eminent beliggenhed, men vender ikke retur.

Perfect with close to La rambla and good location overall. Very loud in the room, felt like people in the corridor were in our room.
