位置非常好，一出門就有公車站，前往各個景點都很方便。樓下旁邊就有咖啡廳，附近還有24小時超市，生活機能很好。飯店櫃台24小時都有人值班，服務人員也非常親切。房內廚房設備齊全，鍋碗瓢盆都有，自己簡單料理也很方便。整體來說非常適合家庭入住。

Reception的工作人员非常热情且专业，房间很干净，位置非常方便，走路去圣家堂几分钟，去La Ramble 商业街也超近，地铁出门2分钟，总体来说，这家公寓非常值得推荐。

位置方便，附近有超市，附近的景點可步行10-20分鐘，所訂的單位很大，設備齊全，分上下二層，房間也很舒適，整體來說很滿意。

Clean Hotel! You can walk to the main sights within 20 minutes, if you want. Everything is good,except the bathroom. It's small comparing to the room. Anyway, we had a good time in Barcelona.

Best place to stay in Barcelona! So helpful arrange taxi for pickup from airport. Stored our luggage till room was ready! Above and beyond on service! We would stay here again and again!

The property was great for family travels. Clean rooms and good proximity to food and activities. Less than a 20 minute walk to Sagrada Família. The coffee shop on the corner was a great spot for breakfast.

The property was as expected. We were pleasantly surprised by a large private patio.

Great location. We were on 1st floor which is above the main. 2 elevators that functioned well. They have large storage lockers if apartment isn’t quite ready - we didn’t use these. Wifi perfect. Our bedrooms were facing a courtyard - very quiet. Everything you would need to cook a meal and serve at least 8 people! Microwave, kettle and nespresso mavhine. Daily cleaning service which I didn’t expect. Washing machine was excellent as we had a few loads to do. with a couple drying racks as well. Very modern furnishings and design. Felt very safe and close to metro or walking to restaurants and shops. Two Mercadona grocery stores are very close - excellent selection and prices. Yummy bakery with pastries and bread around corner - I think named “365” - might be a chain. Check in perfect - both the lady and gentleman were most kind and helpful. Ordered a taxi for us when we left for cruise port - I would not recommend local metro transport to get to port - it was around 30 Euro. It’s a huge port. I was a bit worried about travelling to Barcelona but staying here and the experience we had with people in the area was fantastic. It was beginning of May and while Paris, Rome and Naples were congested with people - Barcelona was busy but didn’t seem as crowded. The streets were pristine, easy to walk or use a wheelchair or stroller. Took a day trip to Sitges - absolutely lovely. Would recommend CASP74 100% and would stay again.

Great place to stay in Barcelona. Centrally located on a quiet street. Safe, attractive neighborhood with good access to major sights. The apartment was spacious, modern, attractive and very clean. Friendly, helpful 24-hour front desk staff with excellent communication.

Very clean and spacious appartment. Everything what one requires during a city trip in Barcelona is present. Location is excellent. several metro lines at walking distance. I can recommend this place and would stay again if i return to Barcelona. Perfect for families.

The apartment was great, much more spacious than a hotel room. Location was amazing, we walked everywhere and only used a cab twice. Great stay!

Excelente hospedaje. Muy contentos con nuestra estadía de 5 días. Hay puntos a mejorar, el teléfono de la habitación no funcionó y el cable de la TV desconectado. Por lo demás, genial. Súper ubicación!

The bathroom was small and shower not what we are used to , but that is what you expect in Europe, there was a very bad smell in the hall of our apartment, but once inside it was not a problem, just very bad going back and forth to elevator. You may want to change the laundry pods to natural smell as it is very heavy in fragrance that took us multiple washes after leaving to remove the intense odour. Other than that, very well equipped and perfect location!

Great location, nice place to stay. We arrived at Valencia in a rainy day with toddler and they accommodated early arrival and check in which was great.

Amazing stay! Everything was clean, organized and great staff to work with! Recommend for all!
