la camera davvero piccola (per definirsi un 4 stelle) e con troppa luce, una finestra gigante con una avvolgibile che non crea buio, in piu dalla porta passava tanta luce perche piu alta del pavimento. in generale la struttura era un tempo forse un 4 stelle, ma oggi non lo è piu...devono aggiornare tutto.

As a member of Catalonia Hotels, you are promised certain perks, such as complimentary water in the room and other small benefits. None of these were provided during my stay. I was given a room without any drinkable water. When I asked about this, the General Manager responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating that “we don’t give our clients water.” This is surprising and unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a 4-star property. Housekeeping was extremely basic, and there was a noticeable smell of marijuana coming from staff members, which is completely inappropriate. On my first morning, I asked if it was possible to extend my stay by one additional night and was told the hotel was fully booked. However, when I checked the Hotels.com app shortly afterward, the same hotel showed availability, and I was able to book the extra night without any issue. After this, the hotel blamed me for having to turn another guest away, which is unreasonable. I was traveling with a large amount of luggage and a service dog, so staying in the same hotel was clearly the most practical option. The only aspect of this hotel that resembles a true 4-star experience is the bar and restaurant. Everything else, including service, cleanliness, and management attitude, falls well below that standard. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I truly regret choosing this hotel.

No período de inverno o ar condicionado não funciona, mesmo estando frio fora dentro quarto chegava a marcar 26ºc e a solução dada pelo hotel era abrir as janelas.

pay extra for the hot tub? really?

Great staff, clean rooms. I am most impressed with the staff and how friendly and accommodating they were to us. Most places in Europe, staff are not very friendly especially if you don’t speak their native language. They can be short and impatient with Google Translate. Not this staff. They were simply amazing.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was outstanding! I loved my terrace room and the spa was great, only wish it was open a little later since I didnt get to use it as much as I'd have liked during my stay due to me getting back later in the evening from my excursions. My only complaints were that the heater wasnt working so the nights got a little chilly, but the staff was very accomodating and gave me extra blankets when I asked. Also, the parking garage is very narrow and tight, hard to park and navigate. But overall, my stay was wonderful and I'd definitely book here again

Clean, nice enviroment, good service

The staff was amazing, the hotel was 2 min away from the metro made it easy to move around the city. The spa was relaxing only you no stress, the rooftop was beautiful could see the city and the breakfast was nice.

Excelente opción de hospedaje!! La habitación familiar, cómoda, muy limpia y moderna. Personal muy atento.
