Petit déjeuner très bien, personnel très bien gentil souriant, Literie très bien, manque dans les chambres une cafetière avec café et des vrais bouteilles d’eau pour un 4 étoiles

L'hotel est tres bien situe, proche de la plage de las canteras, avec beaucoup de commerces et restaurants a proximite. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses, tres propres, mais un certain nombre d'equipement ne fonctionnait pas, comme la television, par exemple (aucune chaine accessible, sur les canaux TV classiques, ni sur Netflix ou Youtube). Le WiFi est de tellement mauvaise qualite que tous les antivirus de mon ordinateurs en ont bloque l'acces. Dans un autre registre, dans la salle de bain, la douche n'avait pas de porte (deux parois, mais pas de porte), du coup il y a de l'eau partout dans la salle de bains chaque fois qu'on utilise la douche. Globalement, l'hotel est bien entretenu en terme de proprete, etc, mais on sent qu'il a connu de meilleurs jours., et ce n'est clairement pas une option si vous avez besoin de travailler et d'utiliser le WiFi.

Zimmer sehr dunkel, mit Fenster auf Lichthof!! Was sehr wenig Licht ins Zimmer reingelassen hat. Das wurde ich nie von einem 4 Stern Hotel erwarten... Sehr deprimierend...

Hotellin 4 tähtiluokitus on jäänne 70- luvulta. Tyypillinen julkisivupäivitys ei nosta hotellin tasoa juuri todellisen plus 3 tähden yli. Huoneen laminaattilattia rikki.. kalusteita - lähinnä pöytä ja nojatuolit huoneesta puuttuivat. Ehkä ne ovst siellä joskus olleet ? Minijääkaappi nöpötti yksin lattialla. No suihku/ wc oli ihan ok mutta mm. Kylpytakit ja tohvelit puuttuivat - normisti 4 tähden hotellissa ovat josbon uima-allasta ym... ja sänkykin perustasoa. Aamiainen oli ihan ok joskin siinäkin olisi edes pieni vaihtelu tehnyt hyvää. Sijainti oli oikeinkin hyvä jos kaupunkiloma on tavoitteena. Ilman hyvää henkilökuntaa olisi jäänyt huonompi mieli.. mutta jeidän ansiosta nyt voi tämän reissun jättää kokemuksien arkistoon pölyttymään.

Very nice staff. Good internet. Fantastic roof terrace. Have breakfast somewhere else. Close to everything. The beds are not comfortable, they're hard!

El personal muy correcto y bien en todos los aspectos... las habitaciones bastante anticudas para el precio que cuesta la noche... Me parece super excesivo

Værelset var ikke rent. Indretning var meget skrabet. Der var tydeligt mærker efter seneste boringer i væggene. Sengene var ustabile. Ventalitionen larmede utroligt meget. Der var nærmest intet tryk på vandet i badet og temperaturen på vandet svingede meget mens man var i bad. Jeg kommer nok ikke igen.

Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam

The room was ok. But defiantly needed a make over. Magnolia walls, with mucky marks everywhere. AC was very noisey, and didnt work properly.. had to turn it off at night, because you cant sleep with the noise, as it was January when we stayed there, we were lucky we didnt really need We where in room 607.. beds weren't very comfortable, work up in the morning with back ache.. the cleaners were very good though, cleaned room every day, except on the sunday. Staff in general were also very helpful and polite. City centre hotel, quite a duty place TBH. but perfect for the beech, which was large and nice golden sand.

The breakfast could be much better, it´s cold or not fresh. But u survive for a few days. Then roof top pool they should have warmed up. Even if it's December , the jacuzzi should be hot, where ice cold. The bigger pool were swimable. The rooms were nice. TV didn't work. so there is some small things the could fresh up.

Web site advertised breakfast from 7am,this is incorrect at weekends it is open from 7.30am. No kettke in room for coffee,woken up from midnight to early hours bin men emptying the bins very loud and we were on floor 7. Pool and hot tub too cold to use...not heated .... Roof top terrace did look nice but didnt get chance to use it .... Flies in the room on arrival but they did change our room very quickly.

Bra frokost

Huone oli nuhjuinen, huonekalut vanhoja ja lattia monin paikoin rikki. Näkymä satamaan ja toiseen taloon. Kylpyhuone oli upea ja superleveä sänky aivan mahtava. Huonointa oki se, että kadun äänet kuuluivat todella kovaa sisälle. Palvelu oli hyvää. Aamiainen ok tasoa, vaikka eräänä päivänä lämpimät ruoat okivatkin kylmiä. Kattoterassi hyvä! Miinusta; Poreallas kylmä, palvelua rajoitetusti, sauna ei toiminut ja musiikki puuttui.
