各方面都超出預期。 早餐非常優秀，在歐洲難得一見。 美中不足民居比較多，連續4個晚上，超過01am也有很多人在酒店前的公園聚集喝酒抽大麻唱歌玩鬧 通報了酒店前台也並未能處理 除了噪音，各方面都後滿意

Front desk staff is friendly but a bit inflexible in providing early check-in. We have a case with the transport company but the front desk staff just helped to explain in English to us, without really helping in resolving. The best thing of the hotel is the hygiene of the room is very good. The bed and pillow are comfortable too. The swimming pool is really small and fully packed with guests. If I pay this price, I can definitely enjoy a better hotel, either in terms of location or the service standard.

Love this hotel..have stayed in here twice for the Primaverasound festival....helpful and friendly staff....super location...clean and comfortable room...with good temperature control and quiet....everything worked well...and having booked early it was cheaper than many 3* hotels

Flott hotell of flott rom. Bassenget er ganske lite og grunt, og frokosten er ganske kjedelig, så vi gikk ut og spise frokost i stedet.

The hotel was lovely and the staff was very friendly. It’s in quite a good location not too far from the beach and not too far from transport. My room was very nice, large and comfortable, but I did have a slightly bigger room. The facilities at the hotel and in my room were excellent. The spa downstairs was great and the massage treatment I had was amazing. I didn’t have the breakfast, although I I would like to but for a continental breakfast, it was slightly too high price. My bathroom was nice, but it was impossible to have a shower without soaking the floor with water, my bedroom window faced the front of the property and in the late evening and early nighttime it was very noisy with people and dog walkers even with the windows closed. The soundproofing wasn’t the best as I could still hear people in other rooms around me. I could even hear their phone alarms going off in the morning. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again

Chambre propre, l’hôtel est bien entretenu avec une petite touche art deco, bien situé pour un accès aux transports en commun. salle de bain, petite sans rangements . Le wifi est acceptable pour le courriel plus difficile pour du stream. L’arrivée est compliquée en voiture, avec des rues en sens unique, et une entrée discrète (on ne voit pas l’enseigne). Le parking est petit, avec une série de poteaux qui rendent la circulation difficile pour des voitures de grand gabarit (tesla)… Peu de places pour des véhicules grandes longueurs. Le bar, agréable et très bien décoré, mais le SERVICE qui pose gros souci. Vous attendez, et vous ne voyez rien venir. Un serveur totalement inefficace, le barman efficace. Il a fallu qu’on aille se lever pour commander directement au barman… Le Restaurant, très agréable, mais là aussi un souci avec le SERVICE. Et toujours avec des serveurs. La deuxième fois nous sommes arrivés sans réservation, nous avons été sèchement rejetés par le responsable de l’accueil sans nous préciser à quelle heure il pourrait peut-être nous en recevoir à deux. Mauvais point dans un 4 étoiles. Le spa…petit et Service à améliorer.non compris dans la chambre, même en «luxe »Coûte cher pour une heure. accueil non professionnel. La salle de sport : très petite et enfermée. Le point positif, le petit déjeuner, au top, avec un SERVICE à la hauteur. Dans l’ensemble, lorsque le service est assuré par les femmes, tout va bien, mais par les hommes rien ne va. À méditer.

A la hora del check out olvidamos una cartera dentro de la habitación con alrededor de mil euros y desapareció. Aparte de mi documentación y tarjetas de credito. Los empleados se portaron evasivas y poco amables. Una cosa lamentable

I arrived at the hotel early 10am and I was exhausted after travelling from a wedding in London to attend a wedding Barcelona the next day. The concierge staff saw that someone had checked out of my room and asked the cleaning team to clean mine first so that I could have early check in to rest and get ready for my next wedding that day at 3:30pm. I was given access at 1045am which allowed me to sleep and get ready on time for my friends wedding, I cannot begin to describe how grateful I was, how thankful I was to get in that room shower and rest. They borrowed me an adapter and in the room they provide a. Shaver, comb, almond body milk all the things I had not been able to pick up at the airport! This hotel showed up for me big time and I am so so thankful again.

Room spotless. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast good selection and fresh.

Rom: Kan nok gjøres renere, mangler knagger til håndklær og enkelte løse deksler. Personal: Hyggelige og hjelpsomme Frokost: Savnet litt større utvalg. Hadde det mest basiske. Spa: Måtte ha badehette på og mobil måtte legges i garderoben. Noe som er greit, men her burde noen passet på at dette ble gjort.
