Front desk staff is friendly but a bit inflexible in providing early check-in. We have a case with the transport company but the front desk staff just helped to explain in English to us, without really helping in resolving. The best thing of the hotel is the hygiene of the room is very good. The bed and pillow are comfortable too. The swimming pool is really small and fully packed with guests. If I pay this price, I can definitely enjoy a better hotel, either in terms of location or the service standard.

Estuve una noche en este hotel porque al siguiente día cogía un crucero , y cuál fue mi sorpresa que un par de zapatos que esa noche me probé en la habitación del hotel al día siguiente no los encontré al abrir mi maleta en el camarote del crucero , seguramente se me quedó debajo de algunas de las camas , llamé al hotel y para mi decepción me dicen que no encontraron nada , les dije que no era posible porque yo los tuve esa noche ahí en la habitación y que al día siguiente fui al barco y ya no estaban , pues me dijeron que no había nada , y hasta la vez lo encuentran , decepción total . No volveré más

Upgraded rooms were the same size as the regular rooms ... nothing special, don't waste your money, just book the regular room

Veldig bra hotell med vennlige ansatte og god frokost. Ville absolutt valgt dette hotellet igjen. Rolig område. Eneste minuset var at airconditionen på hotellet var avslått på vinterhalvåret. Dete gjorde at hotellrommet ble for varmt på natta for min del.

L'accueil, personnel à l'écoute.

Hôtel situé près de la marina, un peu excentré mais pas très long à pied ou en métro de la Pz de Catalunya par ex et permet de balader près du bord de mer et de la Barceloneta. Moderne et grand buffet de pdj très varié L’isolation phonique vers l’extérieur est passable en revanche et la douche permet d’avoir du débit ou de l’eau chaude mais pas simultanément. Nous avions eu un bon deal de prix donc tout ceci reste pardonnable.

Tout était parfait, la chambre confortable, la décoration de l'hôtel, bon emplacement à deux pas du métro. Le service et le personnel au top. Très bon accueil avec bouteille et macarons!
