各方面都超出預期。 早餐非常優秀，在歐洲難得一見。 美中不足民居比較多，連續4個晚上，超過01am也有很多人在酒店前的公園聚集喝酒抽大麻唱歌玩鬧 通報了酒店前台也並未能處理 除了噪音，各方面都後滿意

Front desk staff is friendly but a bit inflexible in providing early check-in. We have a case with the transport company but the front desk staff just helped to explain in English to us, without really helping in resolving. The best thing of the hotel is the hygiene of the room is very good. The bed and pillow are comfortable too. The swimming pool is really small and fully packed with guests. If I pay this price, I can definitely enjoy a better hotel, either in terms of location or the service standard.

Classic Barcelona room was nice! Spacious with a good view. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast choice was excellent although I found a bit pricey. Taxis were readily available Nice touch having complimentary water in the rooms and biscuits Really nice hotel would recommend

Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The only complain I have is there elevator service. When this hotel accommodates people attending conventions it gets really busy and therefore making the elevator inaccessible. My poor elderly parents had to walk down flights of stairs in order to access the lobby. I also, did not appreciate that on the days when we wanted our room serviced, our bedsheets were the only thing not removed for a new set. We had to sleep on the same bedsheets from when we first checked-in.

I cannot say enough good things about the H10 Marina Barcelona. From a purely aesthetic standpoint, the hotel is stunning. It is exceptionally organized and spotless, maintaining a level of cleanliness that is truly impressive. Our room offered breathtaking views, and being able to see the Sagrada Família right from our window was a daily highlight. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart of its staff. On our very first day, our family faced a tragic and difficult situation that required an urgent hospital visit. Though this was entirely unrelated to our stay, the staff stepped in with a level of compassion I have never experienced at a hotel before. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to Armi. She was quite literally our guardian angel. She went far beyond her job description to help us navigate a very painful time, providing support and assistance that we will never forget. If you are looking for a hotel that combines luxury, a perfect location, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests as human beings, look no further. Thank you, Armi, and thank you to the entire H10 team for turning a nightmare start into a stay where we felt truly cared for. There are also so many beautiful and easy to access parks for young kids nearby.

A/C not working, hot stuffy room, they suggested I open window, i did let in mosquitoes. They moved me into a different room next day. No discount offered. Do not get CLASSIC room, book Classic Barcelona.

Excellent all around. Location is good-3 blocks from the beach. Easy Taxi access. Only downside was the pool, it is really meant for about 12 people comfortably. Another 8 could work around the tables. For a hotel of this size and excellence it should be larger.

Personal muy amable, pedimos cama supletoria para 3 personas Y estábamos muy amplias. El spa también es recomendable, hay que reservar con antelación. La habitación cuenta con muchos detalles y cortesías

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und haben uns ein Zimmer geteilt. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmerpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (größerer Bademantel? kein Problem) Beim Frühstück wird ein Platz zugewiesen und das Buffet ist sehr umfangreich (warm/kalt). Es wird immer frisch aufgefüllt und alles wird sehr ordentlich gehalten. Der Wellness Bereich ist klein, aber fein, eine Reservierung ist erwünscht und der Aufenthalt auf 1,5 h begrenzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent from beginning to end. After a long journey, being able to check in early made such a difference—we truly appreciated the flexibility and kindness. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm and professional service really stood out and made us feel welcome right away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant experience.

Good location, helpful staff and easy check in/out

Really lovely hotel, couldn’t want for much else really, good location & very nice spa facilities. If it was a bit warmer then the rooftop pool would’ve been lovely

We had an amazing stay at the H10 Hotel in Barcelona. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. They even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne, and somehow a second one showed up in our room, which was a great touch! The rooms were beautiful, the view was incredible, and the overall ambience was perfect. Plus, the location is great, very close to Barceloneta and the beach. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, good location close to the metro and the beach. Sound proofing between the room and the corridor not great - a few nights awakened to the sound of shrieking party goers!
