Good location good service

Super clean & good housekeeping. Room was a great size & quiet until other guests slammed doors which is not the hotel’s fault. Had breakfast only 1 morning and it was a feast so although on the expensive side, you’ve got plenty of choice. Location is great with the tram a 2min walk, 20mins stroll to one of the entrances of Plaza de Espana, walkable to Cathedral in 30mins. Reception staff were a bit surly but I put that down to a busy feria week & lots of international groups to deal with. Overall definitely recommend.

Un super hôtel ! Propre, spacieux, joliment décoré, un personnel de réception très agréable ! Une belle chambre propre, spacieuse et calme ! En plus à côté d une bouche de métro ce qui est vraiment très pratique !

Here’s a few niggles that undermine the hotel… The room was never cleaned/attended over the three nights we stayed…we vacated the room approximately 10.30am’ish to 5.00pm’ish and left the correct sign ‘Please Clean the Room’ on the door but no luck despite seeing the staff/trollies everyday on our floor/near our room. Eventually we put our refuse in the corridor which was removed within minutes on the evening of day 2. Leaning against the headboard of the bed and the bed rolls off… often one wants to sit up in bed? Blackout drapes useless because the bathroom has a frosted glass door allowing the bathroom window’s light to bleed into the room at 5am…the door also offers little privacy - both my wife and I whilst grown ups, would rather keep some of our bathroom noises private - not possible!!! We booked a comfort room with a terrace but got a small balcony😟 Not that it mattered but at time of booking it mentioned Bath-tub but we had a shower. Always a nuisance when only one of the two room keys work… yes I know a simple fix but … One bathroom light out… not that I minded as I like low level light. So a mediocre rating…at best

Great rooms, close to busses and tram. Restaurant next door was amazing. There is a market across the street for water and snacks. Staff was super helpful.

Excellent breakfast

Great hotel and location, we had the superior double with terrace room located on the same floor as the swimming pool. You can access the pool via your own terrace. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a large TV that you can cast your favourite shows to which was a nice touch after a long day exploring. To be honest, the breakfast buffet was average at best, for the price I would have expected slightly higher quality. If I’m being pedantic, some of the plates at breakfast weren’t washed properly and had that eggy smell which was off putting. Other than this I have no complaints!

Brilliant hotel with just metro at its door step, taking you to old town in few mins. We were allowed to check in early. Staff was polite and helpful through your stay. We had a suite that was perfect for a family of 3 with a double sofa bed in the sitting area. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with no external noise. We don’t have breakfast here but there are plenty of cafes within few mins walk and a mall about 5 min walk for any quick shop that one might want. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Hesperia Sevilla. We had a superior room which was spacious and maintained to a high standard. Helpful staff and special thanks to Hugo behind the bar who was accommodating to all our needs and made great cocktails. Good location near the airport and about 25 mins walk to all main attractions

Lobby and entranceway inviting: staff helpful & friendly and decor lively. Bar area fun and TV area good for watching sports. Rooms had comfortable beds and bathrooms contained lotion along with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Pool area was adequate with lounge chairs but water too cold this time of year. The sauna & hot tub are located at gym next store. I regret not paying the fee to use the gym facilities.

We booked a suite and it was great size, plenty of space. Bed was large and comfy, shower excellent. Good location about 15 mins walk to the old part of town, actually a nice stroll after an evening out

Me and my partner stayed at Hotel Hesperia for 5 nights this April. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and the location despite being out of the centre. The Metro was easy to use, and conveniently next door to the hotel. We booked a comfort room, however we were kindly upgraded to a room with a king size bed rather than a double. The room was comfortable, and the shower was powerful too. The only two downsides to our room were that there was no iron in our bedroom, and it would’ve been nice to have some milk cartons to use with the tea and coffee facilities. We were very especially happy with the service of the housekeeping staff, as our room smelt lovely and clean everyday. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice too. Unfortunately, one night we were too tired to go out to eat so we decided to order room service. We ordered two beef burgers, which totalled €30 and they arrived cold and raw in the middle. We phoned down to reception and they sent us more burgers, however they came raw again. In the end, we asked reception to remove the charge and they happily accommodated our request. We assumed that the room service was provided by an external company and not from the hotel itself. Therefore we wouldn’t say this is a reflection of Hotel Hesperia. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and we would definitely return👍

Room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The hotel is located in an excellent location for the metro, trains and a stroll into old town.
