Hotel muy mono y con habitación grande, pero muy mala insonorización, por lo menos en mi habitación

Agrader la simpatía y hamabilidad de los trabajadores,Susana,una excelente profesional y atenta. La comida genial,en general...para repetir. Sobre el spa,nos gustó mucho y la bañera hidromasaje en la habitación,espectacular. Muchas gracias.

El personal es muy amable, la estancia muy bien, muy limpio todo aunque la decoración en general esta anticuada

Fint hotell, rent og romslig rom, fint bad og gode senger. Enkel, men god frokost. Grei mat i restauranten, men urutinert serveringspersonale som ikke kunne et ord engelsk, og som ble overrasket da vi ikke ville ha iskjøler til rødvinen.

The food is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only 15 minutes drive to the commercial centres in Murcia.

Tenia pensado hacer el circuito de spa, de hecho me decline por este hotel por ese detalle, pero el spa cierra entre semana, no vi y digo que no vi la info al hacer la reserva fe manera clara. La.habitacion bien, las almohadas bastante mejorables, el servicio de 10 tanto en recepción como el servicio de cafetería.

This was a great hotel for what we needed. Lovely balcony with mountain views, shop nextdoor and the food for lunch and dinner was good

Although out of season, the hotel was still maintained to a high standard very clean &!staff very pleasant

El personal agradable , un 10! Muy atentos y simpáticos. La limpieza y la comida impoluta , la piscina y el spa es compartido pero muy tranquilo , lo recomiendo mucho!! Volveremos.

Tres bon confort. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner correct mais pouvant être amélioré (avec fruits, produits laitiers, vrai jus de fruit par exemple)

Sitio cómodo, funcional, buena relación calidad precio. Entorno bonito.

We chose the hotel as the description in Hotels.com and later in the booking confirmation had spa, sauna and indoor swimming pool available at an extra charge. On arrival we were informed they were closed. This had been the main reason for booking the hotel.

El personal muy amable , la habitacion impecable

The hotel was exceptionally good value for the money. The staff were friendly and the food and wine are great. The receptionist who called himself Rique was the perfect host. This hotel is conveniently placed (about 5 minutes drive) for the Banos De Fortuna. These are hot springs and to be recommended. But an outstanding hotel.

It is too far from Murcia to make it useful as anything but a transit stop to somewhere else. Coupled with the fact that they advertise that they have a restaurant, but it was closed, really exaggerates the problem. The alternative is the cafe attached to the hotel. The food there was truly mediocre, with a breast of flattened and undercooked chicken almost being the highlight (lowlight). Looked like it had been cooked in a sandwich press. But the lowlight, after being asked what I would like for dessert, and choosing the safe option of icecream, I was given a Cornetto-like item from the fridge. The room was good, and the airconditioning worked, and the WiFi did too, so if you are in-transit it would be OK, but take some food supplies.
