Room was very clean and spacious, basic hostel style accommodation but excellent value and location is great, friendly staff on reception.

The Residence Hotel Cardona is quiet, with friendly staff and...super clean!!! Just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the center of Arrecife, full of shops and good restaurants. Unfortunately, swimming is currently prohibited at Playa del Reducto due to pollution, and the weather (in January) isn't great. I recommend this place for its hospitality and reasonable prices.

Tout etait impeccable, personnel attentionné ,propre ,ascenseur, laverie automatique distributeur de boissons

accueil très agréable, personnel souriant, compréhensif, et à l’écoute, cependant chambre banale, chasse d’eau fonctionne très mal, voir quasi pas, gel douche et shampooing en dosette papier pas dingue, aucune place de stationnement à proximité gratuite ou alors il faut tourner plusieurs fois dans les rues adjacentes mais honnêtement pour du séjour où on viens profiter des paysages et des cultures locales, aucun besoin de plus. Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble.

The room was OK, but we were not able to sleep at all the whole night. A couple, who had the room next to ours arrived at approx. 1.30 pm and a big dispute was going on without interruption until 7 am when the guy finally left the room. She then started to make calls. We knocked on the wall at 5 am but nothing changed. In the moringa we talked to the responsible at the reception, Mr. Christian Richard, who presented his excuses and said the we should write Asple you and ask for the reimbursement of that night. Please check with the Hotel and let me know.

Room was very basic. No hairdyer, no kettle, not even a glass. There is a shared kitchen next to the reception but everytime I tried to use it there was a queue, specially in the morning. Walls are paper thin. The couple with small child next door would keep me awake till very late hours.

Personale super carino

Mukava ja siisti perushuone. Miinuksena jokin siellä pisti vahvasti nenään, ilmeisesti hajullinen pesunaine. Äänieristys naapuriin myös hieman heikko. Avulias vastaanotto. Lyhyt matka palveluihin ja rantakadulle.

There was no heating in the room, it was very cold especially at night and very noisy 🙄

Azt kaptam, amire számítottam. Volt néhány nagyon negatív értékelés, amelyeket korábban olvastam, ezek szerencsére nem teljesen igazolódtak be. Lehetne gyorsabb a bejelentkezés. Közel van az óceánpart, számos üzlet, étterem is megtalálható közvetlenül a szállás környékén. A szobában erős citrom illat volt, gondolom acsótányirtó lehetett. Sajnos egy csótány volt a fürdőszobában.

Destaco la buena dispocición desde que llegué por la recepción... sobe todo el Sr. Jesús.. Me quedé encantada con las instalaciones, muy familiar... Nos sentimos como em casa... Volvemos en diciembre a pasarlo muy bien...El personal muy atento..Se agradece
