Check-in was fine. The room (119) however, very tired, dirty chair, poorly maintained, revolting black stuff under rim of sink. The housekeeper had clearly cleaned the room well and it isn't that her cleaning g was poor, ir wasn't! But, the standard in thecroom, grubby, damaged wall sockets, poorly repaired. We could even hear next door talking...whence were in our bathroom their voices carried up through our sink!!! The overflows must somehow be shared with the room next door. Soundproofing very poor. Heatd every door open and close.Never again!

All was perfect. Will definitely come back

Es un hotel que está muy mal administrado: - Wifi no funciona del todo bien - La gente de recepción no tiene idea de los horarios del restaurante - Nos quedamos un día sin desayuno porque cerraron antes el restaurante por una comunión - El teléfono del cuarto no funcionaba - Tuve que pedir mantenimiento para cambiar una bombilla - No barrieron 1 vez la zona de la piscina, con colillas por el suelo y lleno de flores caídas de las palmeras. Mismo la piscina, no ví 1 día a nadie limpiando toda la suciedad que caía de las palmeras. Me podría cansar, no lo recomiendo.

El desayuno está muy bueno. Parking es fácil. La habitación no estaba preparada cuando llegamos. Para compensar esto nos dieron unas bebidas de cortesía.

The hotel was booked for the sole purpose of having a pool which ended up being unavailable for the entirety of the stay. Only once payment had been taken did the hotel staff inform me of the pool closure. Upon arrival, the room allocated was near the kitchen/cleaning staff area which was noisy at all hours. There was no hot water or a fully flushing toilet in the room and when reported to reception staff, they said they were aware of the issues within the room allocation but no reduction in price or room change was offered. They even stated maintenance would attend the room to fix the issues but this did not happen at all during the stay. No information regarding food availability was given, including breakfast timings or which restaurant was available for this. Very poor stay/experience. Not worth the money

We were advised when we checked in that the elevator was disabled and as our room was two floors up we agreed to hand carry our bags up and then down again the next morning ( no big deal) but when we requested a water, they wanted to charge us 3 Euros for a 25 ml bottle of water.

El alojamiento increíble, tranquilo y con muchos servicios, el personal lamentable, no se sabían los horarios de eventos como el tardeo, tienen un cartel de que esperes antes de entrar a la cafetería y te podías tirar ahí media hora porque nadie venía a recibirte, te miraban y pasaban de ti, la recepción lamentable, preguntabas por cualquier servicio y no te dejaban nada en claro, pregunté por el servicio de entregar la habitación más tarde de la hora prevista y la chica de la recepción no fue capaz de responderme ni precios ni horarios posibles ni disponibilidad, su solución fue que la misma mañana del check out llamara y preguntara. La verdad que muy decepcionado con esta experiencia ya que el alojamiento es increíble y las instalaciones también, el personal deja muchísimo que desear y esto en mayo, no me quiero imaginar en temporada alta

Joli hôtel

The hotel was good. There is a free parking. The personal was good

Zeer goed ontbijt Fijne ligging, aan de golfbaan. Onze kamer was ruim, maar wel verouderd Blijkbaar waren andere kamers al wel gerenoveerd

Excellent hotel but the rooms are a little dated. The staff at the golf club were not great and didn’t treat you with very much care. The hotel staff were excellent though

Flott hotell, men frokosten er ikke verdt å betale for. Vi hadde ikke forhåndsbetalt frokost og 21 euro var den ikke verdt.

Nice staff

Frokost var bra men litt tynt med betjening og kun en kaffemaskin skrudd på hver dag gav lange køer Parkering bra!
