I had been state in the hotel for six day and five nights. I use the online booking and I know that I should pay the government tax when I left the hotel. However, I don't know the price for each night. When I left, a female staff tell me that I should pay the hotel tax and ask me I want to pay by cash or credit card. I tell her I want to pay by cash. Then she tell me the tax is 60.5 EU. I ask her why so expensive, she tell me this is the regular charge. I think that is OK because this is the first time I visit Barcelona. Then she issue me an invoice and folded the invoice to me. I am in hurry in that moment and did not look at the invoice immediate. When I arrived home I found that the tax is only 6.05 EU. I immediately phone to the hotel and tell the manage this matter. However, the manage cannot find my invoice with my name. I email the manager my invoice copy and wait for their reply. I just want everyone aware when you pay for the government tax. Please ensure the price!

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. It is fine for a short stay, but I would not recommend it for a longer vacation. The room felt worn, there were several dirty areas, and the bathroom floor trim was loose. There is also very little storage space, and towels and clothes do not dry well in the bathroom/room. Smell of mold when entering the room. The biggest issue was the clogged bathroom sink. We reported it on Monday and had to remind the reception four times. We were repeatedly told it would be fixed “today,” including the day before it was finally repaired, but nothing happened until Thursday. Once someone arrived, the repair took only a few minutes. Waiting four days for such a simple issue during a two-week stay was very disappointing. One bedside lamp also didn’t work, but after our experience with the sink, we didn’t bother reporting it because we had little confidence it would be fixed promptly. The staff were friendly, but the maintenance and handling of reported issues need significant improvement. Given the four-day wait for such a simple repair, some form of compensation or gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. With quicker service and better room maintenance, our overall experience would have been much better.

It was nice and good environment

Clean room, staff were friendly but both the safe and phone weren’t working. We asked to move to another room but their excuse was we’re here for 3 nights there’s no other room. This was bs tho because they asked us if we want a double room or two single beds so there was obviously another room available.

O quarto é bem confortável e limpo. O hotel é um pouco longe do centro, mas bem próximo a um metro e ponto de ônibus o que facilita a locomoção, além de ser próximo à praia.

Flott hotell ved stranden! Stor matbutikk rett i nærheten. City-bussen har stopp nær hotellet. Sentrumsområdet med handlegatene er et stykke unna, men bybanen/metroen tar deg raskt inn til sentrum. Veldig harde madrasser på soverommet, ellers fine rom. Kjøleskap på rommet med god plass til mat og drikke.

Wonderful location with shops and tapas bars close by.

We stayed here for one night in advance of a planned cruise, We arrived straight from an early flight and the hotel found us a room immediately without any extra charge. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff could not have been more helpful

All good, nothing to complain about!

Travelled with my 16 year old daughter, room was clean, bathroom big, shower was powerful, shower gel/shampoo/soap/toothbrush supplied. Water supplied in mini fridge as well as kettle with tea/coffee. Black out curtains and a quiet road so we slept pretty well. We stayed 2 nights half board, both meals were buffet. Wherever I go food is important as we are vegetarian. We had plenty to fill our bellies. Breakfast- salad, fruit, cold meats n cheese, pastries, bread, bacon, eggs, sausages, fritata, yoghurt, cereals, selection of juices and coffee. Dinner- always a margarita pizza, fish dish and a meat dish along with lots of mediterranean vegetables and two pasta dishes. Both appeared to be vegetarian, wasn't sure though as no labelling. Always salad cold meats n cheese and bread too. Only water to drink though included with dinner. Very nice cake and tiramisu for dessert. Staff were all very nice, all front of house have very good english. Only thing worth improving is the labelling of the food. Selva de mar metro station/tram stop 10 mins walk.

It is a wonderful hotel and a great place to stay. It is conveniently located close to the beach, as well as many bars and nightclubs. However, the best part of my stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their excellent service made my experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back.

Fantastiskt läge precis vid stranden. Frukosten var inte speciellt bra. Dåligt utbud och man fick leta efter rena tallrikar och glas, kanske har de problem med diskmaskinen? Saknade också information om allergener på frukostbuffén, personalen var osäker kring matens innehåll. Svårt att vara nötallergiker med andra ord.

Very hard beds, interiors a little dated. No terrace.

Hotel did not appear to be well maintained. There were major problems with the air conditioning throughout the hotel, not just in our room. There was a noticeable smell of mold and mildew throughout the property, and we had to leave the window open at night just to get some fresh air into the room.

Lits confortables, chambre propre et spacieuse. Lieu calme et bien desservie par les transports. Petit déjeuner complet et de bonne qualité

I booked a double room with a queen-size bed, but I was given a room with twin beds. I was not informed about this until I arrived in the room. When I called the reception, I was told that there was no availability, which is why they assigned me a twin room instead. I have a baby, and sometimes he sleeps with us because he feels uncomfortable sleeping alone in the baby cot. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more transparency and better service regarding room allocation. That said, the staff were respectful and helpful throughout our stay.
