Everything was fresh and service was very helpful.

Hôtel très agréable. Petit déjeuner excellent. Vue sur la mer et les murailles de la vielle cité. La contre partie de la bonne localisation est le stationnement de la voiture dans la rue ou dans un parking payant.

I reserved three rooms for myself and two friends for two nights. Two of the three rooms had bugs! The manager came to the rooms to witness the bugs and then moved us to three other rooms for one night but couldn’t give us the same rooms for the second night. Those three rooms were fine but we didn’t want to go back to the big rooms for the second night. The manager offered us bug spray!!! We left and they wouldn’t give me a refund because I made reservations through Expedia. I requested a review to get my refund and they refused a second time. I was very disappointed with all the service we received. To suggest that sleeping in bug infested rooms is acceptable nor refund our money isn’t good service!

I absolutely loved my stay, the hotel and room are charming and extremely well maintained. Right in the town centre, so walkable to everything - I would stay again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Diana with my family of 7 (separate rooms) and I can honestly say everything was spectacular. I love that it is right in front of the beach with access to shopping. The breakfast buffet was amazing! with orders cooked fresh. I ordered the pesto tomatoes and bikini sandwich almost every day 😅. The hotel was quiet and everything was clean. Will recommend to friends and hope to come back again!!

Beautiful property! Top hotel in Tossa de mar. Great service and breakfast.

Great location right on the beach, close to the old town, lots of shopping and dining options. Staff were very helpful, room super comfortable. They closed the lovely entry room and patio for one evening for a small local wedding which was super fun to see!

We absolutely loved Hotel Diana. Its peaceful elegance and great location make this hotel one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. It's not a luxury hotel but the decor is very original to the art deco period - and the breakfast was sublime. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The character it has is unmatched, designed by a student of Gaudi. The best location ever, with the beach out the front and the square of the most adorable, walkable village right out the back. The “Family Room” was way bigger and nicer than the pictures showed, with a couch that pulled out to two separate twin beds for our teenagers, a king bed room that was separated by sliding doors, a sitting area with windows looking out over the beach and castle, large foyer, and very large bathroom. Like living in a dream for a few days!!

Great place!

Awesome and beautiful building and the room was very spacious! Right in the middle of everything. Nice staff, good breakfast! Parking in their underground structure is quite scary and if you have anything bigger than a compact do not even attempt it. This is a lovely hotel in a lovely place!!! Really special!

Fantastic location. Beautiful well kept property. Breakfast was just ok. Parking is tight but manageable. Only complaint, room doors very heavy and close loudly, woke me up in middle of night a couple times

The hotel is Spanish style,amazing.The stuf,If I remember the right,Sophie is great.

The location was absolutely perfect and customer service was fantastic! Great breakfast included. Only negative was the room was really hot. It took hours to get the room temp to decrease, but never completely cooled off.

Magical! We loved everything about this beautiful historic hotel! Being right on the beach and close to everything and the old town was perfection! Loved getting a bird’s eye view of the carnival in the streets off our top balcony! And the view of the castle - incredible! Staff were so kind and helpful! Perfection!

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. BUT there is no AC! There is but even on the coolest setting it is completely ineffective. So I cannot recommend this hotel in hot weather. If not hot weather, it is a nice place to stay.
