overall is good. The only bad thing about it is my shower room. The water was leaking every time when I used it.

Nice hotel

God atmosfære, fint hotell, rent og pent. Deilig med basseng i ulike områder. God lokasjon Hyggelig ansatte, men savnet litt mere serviceminded hos noen av dem. Spa var kun en ekstern service, som gjorde booking av timer lite fleksibelt. Fint med leie av sykler, men det kostet og man måtte levere syklene tilbake senest kl 20. Dette gjorde det litt tungvint.

Fantasisk fint hotell med hyggelige behjelpelig personalet, god frokost og fin beliggenhet med kort vei til stranden. Et stykke unna Palma sentrum, men lett å komme seg dit med buss på ca 40 min. Hadde et veldig fint opphold og kunne gjerne reist tilbake. Anbefales!

Had a great stay! The hotel is fresh, clean, and the breakfast is amazing. The room was modern, clean and very nice. We did buy an upgrade to see the ocean. The area around is very touristy and heavily german young party people. We stayed and preferred the hotel amenities and the rooftop pool and bar almost every day, unfortunately they had to close one of the pools when we had three days lefy which was a shame as this was our favorite hang area. Also the staff was very mixed in hospitality. Several was amazing and gave great service, and some was not very friendly. All in all we loved our stay and can highly recommend the hotel!

Primero que todo en la habitación dejamos una basura botellas vacías y las chicas no la recogieron y lo segundo teníamos que avisarle al chico que nos abriera el garaje para llegar . Deberían de tener otro sistemas de cámaras y tener registradas las placas del carro cuando uno hace la reserva. Pero de resto todo genial piscinas desayuno excelente y un chico excelente muy formal el que da las toallas en la piscina el cubanito. Las chica de la piscina principal del piso 0 la chica de trencitas que reparte las bebidas muy grosera. Debería de quedarse callada y no responder de la manera que lo hizo.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall and left with a positive impression of the hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the town center. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, the coffee from the pool bar was excellent, and we really enjoyed the Bali daybeds and the many sun loungers around the pool areas. The facilities were generally clean, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. We felt the staff should be more consistent in enforcing the hotel’s own rules, especially regarding smoking on balconies and in the pool area, reserving sun loungers and Bali daybeds for long periods, and guests bringing outside food and drinks into the pool area. The egg station at breakfast was also a bit inconsistent. On several mornings, the fried eggs had clearly been sitting out too long and had become rubbery, while the omelets were undercooked and still raw in the middle. Finally, during our 7-night stay, the pool was only cleaned once. After just a couple of days, there was already noticeable sand and debris in the water. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the hotel. With a little more attention to these details, the experience could be even better.

It was a wonderful stay. Close to the beach

The service and staff were amazing and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than expected, especially the bathroom, which was very cramped. I also experienced a power outage, and the Wi-Fi could have been better.

The hotel is one road back from the sea front and was quiet and well maintained. The pools on 7th and 8th floors were excellent with plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs. Staff were attentive and helpful…breakfast had everything you could possibly need. The bars on the ground floor was great and the sky bar on the 8th floor has spectacular views of the ocean as the sun goes down.

This hotel does not disappoint. Nadine at the reception was very kind, welcoming us with a drink as our information was entered into the system. Since we arrived in the morning and check-in was at 15:00, she offered to keep our bags in the locked baggage room while we went into town. We rented normal bicycles from the hotel for 15 EUR per bike per day. This was so much fun and quicker to get around. The bikes could be locked with a chain to a light post on the street. We also got towels from the hotel that we took to the beach to swim. The room itself was very clean. Water pressure was very good and hot water was quickly available. Air conditioning works very well. Breakfast options were many to choose from. You can eat indoors or outdoors. The hotel has several swimming pools, two of which are located on the top floor with an excellent view. There is also a bar at the top next to the pool. The ATM in the hotel was handy. We requested a later check-out and that was not a problem. Either Uber from the airport it will cost around 18 EUR and takes around 10-15 minutes. With the bus (number A2) it costs around 3 EUR each way, and takes around 20-30 minutes. The bus closest bus stop to the hotel is 4 minutes walk (really close) and is called “Amèrica ctra. Militar”. Direct bus connections are once per hour. There are other connections too but you would have to change buses. The best restaurant we ate at is 6 minutes walk from the hotel (Bar Andaluz). Authentic Spanish!

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 6. Stock mit eingeschränktem Meerblick. Das war ein Highlight und ist absolut zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist schon schön. Die Pools sind leider nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet, eher zum sich Abkühlen. Das Personal ist bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen freundlich. Leider habe ich am ersten Tag eine dreckige Unterhose in meinem Zimmer vom Vorgast gehabt. An einem anderen Tag, hatte ich keine Handtücher in meinem Zimmer mehr. Die Betten sind so eine Art Klapp-Bett. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht in Ordnung. Da ich Halbpension gebucht hatte, kann ich das Frühstück loben, aber das Abendessen war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und hat mir nicht so gut geschmeckt, obwohl es Themenabende gab, die aber nicht wirklich umgesetzt waren. Da dieses Hotel fünf Sterne hat, hatte ich mehr erwartet. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, wie auch eine Bushaltestelle fast direkt vorm Hotel. Einen großen Supermarkt gibt etwas 500 Meter entfernt. Der Megapack ist 300 Meter entfernt, hat aber nie gestört. An der Strandpromenade sind viel Männergruppen unterwegs und ja lautes Gruppensingen war alltäglich, aber hielt sich von der Lautstärke in Grenzen, genauso wie der Flughafen in der Nähe. Der Wellnessbereich im Hotel ist ruhig. Dort konnte ich wenigstens ein paar kleine Bahnen ziehen. Das Dampfbad war auch super. Und in der noch vorhandenen Sauna war ich nicht. Ich hatte das Glück, das eine Mitarbeiterin beim Check in deutsch sprach. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sprechen kein Deutsch.

Tolles Hotel

Ein schönes Hotel nur für Erwachsene. Ein Ruhepol inmitten der trubeligen Partymeile. Das Personal in allen Bereichen war absolut freundlich und professionell. Unsere Junior Suite war wirklich sehr schön. Geräumig und mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Reinigung war super und auch wenn einmal vergessen wurde Wasser aufzufüllen war der Rest wirklich gut und sauber. Das Haus hat mehrere Pools zur Verfügung. Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Platz finden. Allerdings waren trotz Verbot die meisten Liegen rund um die Pools immer sehr früh mit Handtüchern reserviert und niemand war im pool. Aber das Hotel hat gewähren lassen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren reichhaltig in der Auswahl und abwechslungsreich. Es gab Themenabende. Hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Kellner im Restaurant. Man hat sich immer gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend rund um das hotel ist differenziert zu betrachten. Das Hotel liegt in zweiter Reihe zur Playa de Palma. Es ist also sehr trubelig und es können auf der Straße auch diverse Schnapsleichen begegnen. Daher ist es immer eine Wohltat nach einem Spaziergang wieder in das hotel zu kommen. Es ist einfach eine ganz andere Welt. Sehr ruhig und stilvoll. Wir haben am Abreisetag früh ausgeschenkt, konnten noch den pool in Ruhe genießen. Wir konnten im Spabereich duschen und in Ruhe auf den Transfer warten. Ganz toll vom Hotel Ich kann das HM AYRON PARK auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

I was put in a room where the AC did not cool the space. Thermostat read over 25 degrees Celsius. In other words, it was more comfortable to sleep outside. It was a terrible experience since it was late and nobody helped. I did not enjoyed it and I felt I overpaid for the type of service I got. Very disappointing.

We honestly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and not that far from much of anything at all. Upon arrival, you’re greeted with water or champagne. Although we requested to be on the highest floor, we were in the building opposite of the main hotel and it was pretty quiet. No noise from neighbors except I could occasionally hear someone turning on their faucet or shower. Staff was very pleasant. They even went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday extra special after they confirmed our dinner reservation. The SkyBar was extremely underwhelming and staff up there didn’t seem to care about what they were doing. They even closed early one night we went up to grab a drink. The pools are not deep at all up there so you’re standing the whole time you’re in the pool. The pools downstairs are better but you have to get there early to secure a lounge chair. I will say, although the hotel itself is quiet, the area seems to be very popular for German tourists that are looking to party and for that reason I wouldn’t stay again because of noise, chaotic energy. but if it wasn’t for that I would return back to the hotel.
