This hotel was excellent. The room was a good size with a large bathroom and very powerful shower. The in room fridge was great for keeping water cool.
The location was great. I felt safe walking from the local station. Lost of restaurants and bars close by. We also had breakfast which offer a good choice and was always well stocked

A very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean.
We were able to check in early (they did charge us a fee for that, however), but it fit our timeline of what we were trying to do that afternoon with sightseeing. We took showers to wash off the 24 hours of traveling and left the hotel. When we returned, the water to our room wasn't working for some reason. I called down to reception and they immediately sent someone up, who fidgeted with a couple of faucet handles above the shower and then stated it was fixed. My wife then went to take another shower and only the hot water was working. So I called down again to reception and the very nice young gentleman who we had been dealing with all day came to the room to try to fix it, but was unsuccessful. So he moved us into another room, next to our first one. We moved our stuff and settled in. We slept well and went down for breakfast. The young gentleman called us a taxi to take us to the cruise port and we left the hotel.
This employee was outstanding and an asset to the business. I wish I would have remembered his name!

Hotel location is one of the best, close to trains, buses and metro (2 blocks literally) if you are planning to go around nearby areas in Barcelona. Amenities are good and breakfast is a good option if you are looking for buffet with good amount and variety for adults and kids. Room is clean and air conditioning was perfect for hot season. Highly recommended for couples or families.

Uma boa experiência, o hotel é um três estrelas bom, com quartos de tamanho razoável e bem mobiliado, banheiro legal, café da manhã dentro do padrões europeus, e com uma ótima localização (próximo do Arc de Triomf e bairro Gótico).
Porém, nas proximidades do hotel, as ruas são sujas e fedorentas (cheiro de urina), como em outras partes de Barcelona.

The breakfast was great, as everyone else has noted. Lots of interesting and yummy food options. The rooms were clean and bigger than our previous hotels rooms in France. Max at the front desk was unbelievably helpful. He helped us get a realistic plan of attack for seeing the city in the time we had. Also, Debora at breakfast was super kind and helpful. Also, the cleaning staff was super helpful. All of the staff mentioned were very cheerful and willing to do whatever they could to help. The hotel also happens to be close to a lot. I highly recommend it!

We stayed three nights. Did not have the breakfast. They cleaned the room daily, but did not replenish the coffee/tea selections. When I had an urgent need for eye care the front desk was able to direct me to an emergency eye clinic that gave professional care.

Maybe I just didn’t get a great room - but it didn’t feel that clean, and very tired furnishings. I had a decent night sleep, so that was something, but I expected a lot more from the reviews and the price that I paid. It was quite a distance from everywhere where I wanted to go, and while in walking distance, I had thought I was a little closer to areas than I actually was. Not awful, but not great either… just okay.
