I highly recommend the Las Arenas Hotel for anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional.
The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The rooftop area was also fantastic, with an incredible view and a relaxing atmosphere.
The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend Flip Flop and Manu for great food. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which is a wonderful way to explore the area—riding along the boulevard to the Catedral-Basílica de Santa María de Mallorca was a memorable experience.
Lastly, the hotel is only about 7 minutes from the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

An excellent stay at Hotel Las Arenas! A solo traveller, arriving around 4pm and was greeted openly at reception. There was an issue as my booking had been duplicated but the receptionist was calm, reassured me everything would be sorted and worked to fix it. The room was fantastic. Lovely balcony space, excellent storage and wardrobe space and everything was great. The bathroom was fantastic - two options for the showers (a rainforest shower and normal shower head) and everything was clean and tidy. Great food choices for both breakfasts and the evening meals and the pool areas were brilliant. The views from the rooftop bar are something else!

Hotel is spectacular! Unfortunately I am not able to give a 5 star review as my check in took over an hour. There was only one guest service agent with 10 guests waiting. Not sure why, and he was doing his best. It was 23:30 and everyone was exhausted.
The hotel itself was clean beautiful and great location across from the beach.

Wow, what a place!! It met all our expectations and more for a seaside experience. Wall to wall windows filled with sea views(be sure to ask for them specifically. I will definitely stay here when I'm blessed to return to the beautiful Spanish Island of Mallorca.

Ett relativt nyrenoverat hotell med utmärkt läge vid ena änden av den långa sandstrandsbukten. Vi bodde på våning 6 med en härlig balkong mot havet. En riklig frukostbuffé, på gränsen till känsla av lunchbuffé. Slamrigt och högljutt i matsalen (borde installera ljudabsorbenter!) Utmärkt städning av rummet varje dag. Lite trist att man inte erbjöd iordningställande av frukostpaket, den dag vi skulle åka hem med väldigt tidigt flyg. Utmärkt läge på hotellet nära många restauranger och små butiker.

Hotel is prachtig, naast het strand (proper). De kamers waren zeer mooi ingericht en werden elke dag gepoetst. Zeer gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet. Je kon zelfs buiten ontbijten. Zwembad altijd netjes gehouden.

Hotellet var helt ok, men det var litt for mye avvik på rommene og informasjonen man fikk på nettsidene ved bestilling. Måtte bytte rom etter 6 dager pga 2 vannlekkasjer. Den ene var fra vasken som ble fikset samme dag, og den andre var fra taket. Den kunne de ikke fikse umiddelbart så da ble vi flyttet til ett annet rom. Dette var ett finere rom men siste natta begynte det og lekket vann fra taket her også.
Vi bestilte halvpensjon i håp om at vi kunne velge mellom lunsj og middag. Dette gikk ikke da lunsj ikke var ett tilbud på hotellet.
Det er få solsenger ved bassengene og hvis man ikke er tidlig ute så får man ikke solseng. De har solsenger som er litt finere med madrass på taket, men de koster 75€ per dag. Dette er det heller ikke informert om på nettsidene og det blir heller ikke informert om av personale ved adkomst.

Fint hotell med närhet till stranden. Personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam. Vi hade halvpension, och både frukostbuffén och middagsbuffén var av yppersta märke med ett mycket varierat och välsmakane utbud av rätter. Vi kan rekommendera detta hotell som ”good value for money”
