Quarto excelente e confortável. Localização muito conveniente, próxima à estação de metrô Pinar de Chamartín. Pela linha 1 (sentido Valdecarros) é possível chegar diretamente ao centro histórico de Madrid, com acesso direto a estações como Sol e Gran Vía.
Para o Aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas, o trajeto é simples e requer apenas uma baldeação, com ligação rápida e eficiente.
O café da manhã tem pouca variedade, mas os produtos são de ótima qualidade. Staff muito simpática e prestável. Voltaria, sem dúvidas.

My room is great. It is very clean and quite new. No water leakage in the bathroom. The air conditioner works well. However, it takes around 10 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station. I don't have time to check the swimming pool.

My room is great. It is very clean and quite new. No water leakage in the bathroom. The air conditioner works well. However, it takes around 10 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station. I don't have time to check the swimming pool.

My wife complained that when she sat on the toilet her feet were three inches off the ground, and the bed was the same. No separate bathroom. And this in a deluxe room. The cafeteria is close don Sunday afternoon -- just when everything else is closed too! Other than that, fine.

El hotel está muy nuevo. La recepcionista fue muy amable tanto a en el check in como en el check out. Solo estuve alojado una noche por trabajo pero la verdad es que todo muy bien. La zona es tranquila aunque alejada del centro. Hay una parada de metro cerca que te lleva al centro en la linea 1.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic, especially Marta in the restaurant/bar. She was so friendly and gave us great service. The hotel is really nice. It is modern with the facilities in a good state of repair. A couple of minor things for me. The breakfast menu didn’t change daily, although the offering was fresh, tasty and bountiful. Another slight issue- no tea/coffee facilities in the room, however that is not a big issue. The housekeeping was excellent and our room was very well serviced.
I would recommend this hotel.
