Very pleased with the stay at this hotel! Nice people working there and always clean room when coming back! Would absolutely recommend it!

Nice well-positioned hotel. It was only a 15-minute walk to the football stadium and a 30 minute car journey to airport. Easy to walk into the centre, took 30 minutes. Also good to get to the oceanographic building and the art centres. The park that runs through Valencia all the way down to the beach is beautiful. All of the walks we did were over flat ground, making this a very accessible city. For a budget price hotel, I think this one is really good. Clean rooms, good bathrooms and some rooms have a small terrace. There is also a small pool and sauna. The staff were great, and answered all our questions. Breakfast good, but not a massive selection of hot foods. However, if you are happy with bacon, egg and beans, you can't go far wrong. They also have a good selection of cold meats and cheese etc and of course , cereal and pastries. All in all a great experience, very happy to stay there again.

Hôtel bien situé dans Valence, personnel très serviable, possibilité de laisser les bagages avant son arrivée / après son départ. Chambre très propre, bien équipée. On a eu la chance d'avoir une terrasse mais entre l'évacuation des condensat de clim et des odeurs d'évacuation nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, beaucoup de choix et les produits sont bons. La piscine est très agréable (29°) mais aurait besoin d'un peu d'entretien. Petit bémol sur l'isolation phonique de la chambre

Chambre propre, salle de bains parfaite, lit un peu étroit. Parking payant,très utile et facile d'accès. Petits déjeuners corrects.

Factory hotel with plethora of rooms that reception plays Russian roulette with- room sizes are not as advertised, and are like legos- one room was a loft style with the bathroom on the ground floor, one room was the size of a double bed with a small bathroom that the door hit the toilet. Property manager is rough to say the least- passive aggressive and not hospitable to offer appropriate assistance- not all guests want compensation- just a simple apology would suffice and actually reading messages appropriately- “Susanna” assumed I said her reception was unfriendly when I wrote the opposite in fact, must have been passed down to reception as “unfriendly” because the day after they were definitely cold and unfriendly. The price doesn’t justify a “three star” hotel. AC worked- so that’s one positive, they accommodated for necessary amenities which was a positive, cleaning is lacking (don’t just do surface areas, bacteria lives behind objects and under beds). Parking is a lot in the back and spaces are “European tight”. Reception area has toilets with a high sewer smell and for two days they didn’t replace soap so…..pool requires a cap and other which you BUY from the front desk. No amenities in room other than a fridge that may or may not work (no kettle, standard cheap espresso machine is at reception and costs 1euro, any 3 star hotel would have this in the room). I would say- be hospitable and grateful to your guests instead of assuming your the only option in town!

Schönes, sauberes Hotel:) Das Personal ist freundlich und der Gepäckservice nach dem Check-out war super praktisch. Die Zimmertüren sind leider etwas hellhörig, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel trotzdem eine gute Wahl.

Lovely terrace room on the top floor. Traffic can be noisy at times. Staff are very friendly and love to help. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Good location for Turin park and the oceanarium. The city bikes are just outside the hotel and easy to pick up and explore, there are cycle lanes all around this area.

Ventilation not good

Posizione ottimale, nonostante avessi la camera che affacciava sulla strada ho dormito benissimo. Hotel pulito e colazione abbondante

Great location! Walked to the science center and old town which is the other direction! About 25 minutes each way… worked out perfect for us. The room was super cute and clean and staff were great and let us store our bags for the day as well after checkout.

Great room. Was updated and renovated since i was last here 2 years ago. Clean rooms with daily house keeping. and the breakfast buffet was on point every morning. Only bad thing was neighbors slam doors all day!

Il y a des hôtels où l'on se sent tout de suite bien, et d'autres que l'on est pressé de quitter. Mon séjour ici a malheureusement été décevant. J'ai été gêné par l'emplacement de ma chambre, située quasiment en sous-sol, ce qui la rendait sombre et peu agréable. À cela s'ajoutent des nuisances sonores et un petit déjeuner sans réel intérêt. C'est dommage, car l'établissement pourrait être agréable avec quelques améliorations notables.
