托莱多门酒店

優點：房間電視可以接手機 缺點：1.隔音不好可以聽到隔壁做愛聲音。2.第一天進來完全沒有沐浴乳、衛生紙也只剩半天量沒有備用。第一天的迎賓水沒喝完隔天就收走，甚至連杯子也收走。第二天沒放浴室地墊，感覺房務上非常不用心。 3.早餐人數太多非常混雜，人手不足餐具都沒有，亂到好像菜市場。

酒店正門已有不同巴士前往不同區域, 亦有地鐡站, 交通非常方便, 例如前往西班牙廣場只不過是15至20分鐘。 酒店外貌非常時尚, 清潔, 以租金計算, 相當恰當。

O Hotel é bom e bem localizado. Ficamos por 6 noites e alguns episodios marcaram a estadia. Numa das noites jovens faziam muito barulho durante a madrugada em um dos quartos e perturbaram nosso descanso e mesmo tendo reclamado na recepção pouco foi feito. Numa outra noite o alarme de incendio foi disparado por 3 vezes durante a madrugada e na ultima manhã o hotel não tinha agua quente pra tomar banho. Fora isso a estadia foi tranquila e o hotel é bom, limpo e bem localizado.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our whole stay. The room was honestly okay. Our room specifically didn’t have a coffee maker, an added amenity you would expect to have at a 3 star hotel. Our trash was not taken out for two days & started to overflow. Our glasses were not replaced at all. We had to go down to the bar to get new glasses every day. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location and very close to the metro.

Todo. El hotel Puerta de Toledo es nuestra “casa” cuando estamos en Madrid porque, sin duda, así nos sentimos.

Camera accogliente, presente tutto l’occorrente. Check-in e check out veloci e senza problemi. Zona centrale, fermata della metro in piazza da dove è possibile raggiungere tutte le destinazioni. Buona la colazione, gentile lo staff.

Honestly, nothing bad to say. The room was clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel is right outside the restricted traffic area of Madrid so no worry about getting a ticket. It is also really close to the central area (15-20 mins walking from Plaza Mayor). In the La Latina area (5-7 mins waling) there are a lot of bars and restaurants to chose from.

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvien liikenneyhteyksien päässä tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä ja palveluista. Tilava aula ja toimivat hissit. Aamiainen oli melko monipuolinen, aamiaishuone tilava ja suhteellisen siisti. Henkilökunnan iloisemmat ilmeet lisäisivät viihtyisyyttä. Huone oli riittävän tilava ja säilytystilaakin oli (mm. vaatekaappi). Hyvä suihku.

En general la habitación cómoda, limpia y bien atendida, el desayuno bufete bueno, lo único que recomendaría a los administradores del hotel es mantener limpio el frente del hotel, en las afueras, ya que está sucio con basura y hojas además que expide mal olor.
