Room was clean and comfotable. AC not available so we had to leave the windows open. Paid parking very convenient. Staff super kind and helpful. Ate a light dinner in the attached restaurant and it was one of my favorite meals of our trip. The city of Lleida did not impress us, dirty compared to the rest of cities we have visited, but the hotel was fine.

El hotel es limpio y comodo el aire no estaba como se supone que tiene que estar pero el personal estuvo pendiende y me ubicaron en otro cuarto y estuvieron bien atentos a nosotros muy buena comunicacion , donde no estuvo bien fue en desayuno ya que era frio,habia cosas dañadas y no tenia buena variedad para el costo pero los muchachos de recepcion ,tremendos

This should have been scoring a five, the room itself and location were great.
We were delighted to have a balcony, but sadly with just a low barrier between our balcony space and the next room's, plus the occupant using theirs as a smoking area we didn't get the benefit.
Screens between the balconies are a must for the fifth star.

L' ascenseur ne fonctionne pas depuis longtemps. L'hôtel ne nous a pas averti avant, sinon nous aurions annulé. Un entresol, plus un étage à faire avec les valises pas top. En plus réveillé très tôt par le personnel de ménage

j'avais un besoin de mettre des médicaments au réfrigérateur et cela a été possible sans difficultés.
Très bon accueil.
Le tarif du parking (18euros) un peu excessif, mais le parking est super bien placé par rapport à l'hôtel.
