The room and breakfast were fantastic. This property is conveniently located with easy access to shopping, Prado, Palacio, etc. The VIP gift card was for the attached restaurant which was quite substandard. Everything about the hotel was wonderful though!

Regina hotel is my favourite. I stayed there before and likely to do so again. It’s location cannot be better. It’s walking distance to main attractions and to two metro stations: servile and Sol. Service was great. Nice breakfast too. The room was small but well appointed

Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. It’s also near the Sol square with about 5 mins walk. I would no doubt stay again in this hotel if I visit the capital again.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quase em frente ao Four Seasons!! Quarto silencioso, fica totalmente escuro, limpíssimo, água gratuita sem limite diariamente, decoração bem bonita, eu super aconselho ficar neste hotel e eu voltaria com certeza. O atendimento de todo o staff é primoroso, você se sente acolhida. Fiquei 10 dias e nada tenho a reclamar.

Location is premium. Breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness is great. Staff are super nice and helpful. Rooms are new and clean. Hallways are super clean.
My only note is that we expected the hotel to provide grapes for new year midnight celebration as most hotels in spain do.
I wish the lobby was bigger but that is not possible due to the building shape.

Super ubicafo el hotel, muy buen servicio .... para el estacionamiento tienes que dejarlo en Galerias Callejas, según recuerdo así se llama y cuesta 45 euros. En general exvelente!
