Très belle hôtel, très propre avec sa charmante terrasse❤️. Petit déjeuner parfait, l'hôtel est situé pas trop loin des sites à visiter. Le personnel gentil, serviable, souriant. Seul petit point, la piscine était froide malgrés les 34 degrés. Si non rien à dire ❤️

Wir waren über Ostern (Semana Santa) für eine Woche in Sevilla.
Das Highlight des Hotels ist der sehr schöne Innenhof.
Mittagessen wird jedoch erst ab 14 Uhr angeboten, da der Koch erst dann eintrifft.
Da ich morgens ungern esse, aber gerne einen Kaffee trinke, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich sei, ich musste also 16 Euro bezahlen, nur um einen Kaffee zu bekommen.
Das Personal war insgesamt nicht besonders freundlich, weder an der Rezeption noch im Service. Im Gegensatz dazu war das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, und es gibt viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bis ins Zentrum sind es jedoch rund 20 Minuten zu Fuss

Amazing experience with the best staff and service. The room (401) was lovely with our own patio, and we had dinner twice at the hotel as it was so lovely. The do flamenco nights on Saturday so you can have an immersive experience. I have stayed more central before, but I actually enjoyed the little walk to the centre and the peace of this local neighbourhood. Highly recommended! Thanks team x

The staff were really nice and very helpful. We had a small problem with the shower, and they assisted us promptly. It was also my girlfriend’s birthday, so I asked if they could leave a note in the room as a surprise. They did, and even included a bottle, which was a really lovely touch. Thank you for that. The hotel is easy to access—the bus stop is nearby, and you can also walk to reach the famous places.
