Nice hotel and staff really nice

Hotel location is close to many bus lines to go out and explore Palma so that’s a great plus. Please be aware it is a very basic hotel. While they do provide with shampoo and body wash, you will have to have your own conditioner and body lotion.

Hotel bien situé proche de tout et en même temps dans une rue calme loun du bruit des bars. Chambre confortable, personnel très gentil, buffet petit déjeuner super ! Le sauna a pas beaucoup d'intérêt mais à le mérite d'être la. Possibilité de commander un taxi pour l'aéroport avec taux plus ou moins fixe. Belle expérience

Solides Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und bot eine gute Auswahl. Der Kaffee war super und die Eierstation mit frisch zubereiteten Eiern war ein echtes Highlight. Auch das Abendessen war lecker und qualitativ besser als erwartet. Die Lage ist etwas verwinkelt, aber man ist trotzdem in nur wenigen Minuten am Strand. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Super Preis Leistung, sehr sauber und top Frühstück

Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten. Auswahl an der Bar, war gut.

This hotel was perfect In every way. Close to beach and bars and restaurants but far away enough from noise . Extremely clean ( Thankyou to the lady that maintains room 409. ) you do a superb job :-) Hotel reception is very inviting and friendly. Great amenities - pool , pool towel provided. Water. Gymn, spa also available . Thankyou all for a superb stay here. Would highly recommend

Everything about this hotel was 100%. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better—right by the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Ich finde es frech, dass ein Aufpreis aus ein 3Bett Zimmer mit einer Couch, die nichtmal bezogen ist genauso viel zahl soll wie für ein Doppelzimmer. Nur um festzustellen, dass beide doppelzimmer eine zusätzliche schlafcouch haben. Die Zimmer haben gestunken.

Beim Einchecken in der Nacht um 23:30 Uhr nach 2,5 Stunden Verspätung hätte ich mir einen freundlicheren Empfang mit mehr Zeit für Erklärungen statt schneller Abfertigung mit den Formularen und Zimmerschlüsseln gewünscht. Wir fanden den Zimmerservice unzureichend, denn wir bekamen nicht ausreichend Toilettenpaper (es wurde jeden Tag weniger, musste selbst welches an der Rezeption holen) und die Handseife war auch von einem auf den anderen Tag weg. Es gab an den ersten beiden Tagen kostenloses Wasser im 1L-Tetrapack, danach nicht mehr, ob das so sein sollte, hatten wir nicht nachgefragt. Jeden Tag einen Liter Wasser hätte ich schon besser gefunden. Die Klimaanlage ist ohne Oropax wie üblich zu laut. Ansonsten schönes Hotel mit einem super Frühstück. Palma ist in 30 Minuten mit dem 25er Schnellbus zu erreichen (am Plaza d'Espagna kann man an den Automaten 10er Karten für 15 € kaufen, sonst kostet jede Fahrt 2 €.). Trotz der o.g. Mängel kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder.

The outdoor pool was freezing cold and the front desk female staff members were very unfriendly. Upon checking in they seemed offended when I pointed out our VIP status with Expedia and acted like they didn’t know what it meant. Their “laundry facilities” consisted of 1 small washer and 1 dryer which were dirty and inconvenient. The bar and breakfast staff were very kind and the location was good, close to the beach and bus. Overall we were disappointed with this property and would not stay here again or recommend.

Overall, it was good, but I wasn't impressed with the food.

We had a great time here, the hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and we would definitely come back.

Hotel bello e pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile per ogni tipo di richiesta. Consiglio il buffet che ho provato sia per la colazione che per la cena: abbondante e vario, in cui ogni serata c è un tema di pietanze diverso!

Es war alles super. Das Personal nett, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht. Sauberkeit war nahezu perfekt. Wenige Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber in der Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Frühstücksbuffet top.
